Dear Master Lee, I hope you can help me gain understanding about these floods that we’ve encountered in the past years that have caused us tremendous stress and hassles. The first relevant flooding that I remember was in 2015, we were a newly married couple and I was newly pregnant also. Hi Master Lee, am hoping you can advise me of the potential fengshui impact if I were to: 1. Take away bedroom doors of the master bedroom & bedroom 2 (which are accessible from the PES corridor), so that bedroom 3 will become larger? 2. Hack away the wall behind the fridge (in living room) and kitchen door so that kitchen becomes open concept? Will however put a screen such that the main door will not see the kitchen directly. Hi, I have a bedroom door which faces the toilet door head on, so we are intending to shift the door away from that side of the room. Instead, the bedroom door will open into the Living Room, facing the TV and sofa. It will not face the main door or any other openings. Is this ok? Or is this arrangement also very bad as compared with the bedroom facing toilet? 2ndly, can I install ceiling fan over the master bed? Or cannot have anything at all over the bed? Master Lee, In the first picture, garage of the house is facing northwest and it is facing the street. Whereas then entrance door is facing northeast and it is facing the neighbor's fence. I'm confused what is the house facing direction? Is it northwest or northeast? Thank you Master Lee.

Dear Mr. Lee, For Tampines Green Court, I noticed some blocks with something called Air Well in the centre of the block. See pictures attached (Marked Purple). Is such block considered good or bad Feng Shui? It would seem that the Blocks surrounding the air well could be dark in the centre of the development where all the front doors will be located as sunlight is unlikely to reach the centre unless in the middle of the day when the sun is right on top. How can I tell if a stack is affected by Poison Arrows from nearby blocks. Using the same picture, are there Poison Arrows pointing at the stacks marked with Blue and Red Circles? Hello shifus! My husband's and my life gua are both 2 and I think my house gua is 8.(if my back is facing front entrance, I am facing SW direction) - same for my master bedroom, For sleeping direction, I am deciding if it should be facing NE or SW. From research is both seems auspicious. SW facing will be same as current planned layout. However the line of vision is towards other houses. And facing SW, line of vision will be towards the landed properties and reservoirs which we prefer. Would like to find out from your expertise which is better suited for us.
