Dear Wasis, If one is purchasing an existing home, it is always good to learn more about the history of the house. For example, if there is only one previous owner, (no tenants) simply, the owners are staying in the apartment, it is best to find out the purpose for their move. If it is a `valid' reason, for example, they are moving because of relocation of work in another county or to upgrade their home. Particularly, if it is for upgrading, this is a good `sign'. If a house was built e.g. in the 1950s or earlier, it is good to check it's history of occupants. For any situations e.g. suicide, murder etc... I hope the above clarifies. Hi Anon, This has been mentioned many times. Suitability is one area which cannot be corrected. You either should avoid it or move to a better direction to completely remove that problem. The other way to reduce the impact is to have more favourable colours (ie your clothing colour etc). This will also improve your luck and thus reduce the inauspicious impact from the suitability issue of the Eight House. Other areas ensure other feng shui flaws in your home are fixed.
