Dear Anon, To give an example of a `minor' leak:- A house can be very unsuitable to the breadwinner: i.e. death / disaster i.e. the front door. Often, this is considered as a major leak. If the main door is the `irritation' and `spook' sector, this can be considered as a `minor' leak. Some other simple minor leaks include e.g. a wall clock facing out of a living room window.
