If you have the time, please read this resource by Robert Lee:- Extract from this link APPLYING LOCATION FACTOR INTO BA ZI 3. Using GMT time zone is a bad way to apply the location factor, because GMT timezone only affects the longitude changes. Furthermore, GMT has been simplified so much so it is no longer as accurate as in the past. 4. Our stand on this issue is NOT to add these level of complication to the analysis. Meaning that you should just use your local time (regardless of what country), to analyse the Ba Zi. This is because if you truly understand how the Ba Zi works, the HOUR pillar will not make a maj…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: If the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so it will still be considered as facing south even though the main door falls, let's say, in the south-west sector of the house. Am I right? Yes, that means your home will be facing south. This will be taking the facing of the house based on flying star which allows you to extend the macro flying star scope to even the surrounding area of the house. Taking the main door from the South-West sector from the center of the house is also acceptable but that will be more micro feng shui that applies to the house only within the structure of the house. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET …

Hello Master, I am a weak fire born during winter. What would be my suggested career element? If I am in perfumery industry selling perfumes + beauty products but I'm in a logistics role dealing with forecasting/budgeting, then how would you classify the element I am in? Would it be considered metal or fire & water or mix of all? For placement of housing furniture, lucky colors or lucky directions in house etc, will you be able to advise too? Thank u! Starry

The units that definitely does not have a poison arrow are thoseof #27, #28, #19 and #20 and #11 and #12 and #35 and #36. Usually for high floors, it will usually not be affected by the enclosed pool effect. Most concern for the pool effect are thoseespecially for 1st to 8th floor. In addition, most of the time, it will affect babies between a few months old to 6 months (respiratory problems). For adults it depends. #18 and #21 will getsharp angle of #19 and #20 correspondingly. A simple, car side view convex mirror can be used strategically at locations where the poison arrows are pointed at... without resorting to…

1. For the Chinese (we believe) in three kinds of luck:- Heaven luck - what we are suppose to be born with Earth luck - Feng Shui of home and/office Human or man luck - Family relationship, bonding ... 2. What you mention has more to do with Numerology. Frankly, there are at least more than 10 or more different ways humans calculate what is auspicious or inauspicious. The Chinese have various methods, other races also have different methods of calcuating. Thus, some may feel that 168 is good, some may feel that is a rotten or bad number. 3. Therefore, what I feel is that a number can mean so different thing or responses from many parties to invalidate one method from …

Mr. Lee, The people on the west side of my house are constantly creating smoke. They are all chain smokers as well as instead of using their green waste bin they are burning nearly every day. They didn't start the outdoor rubbish burning until the eldest man in the house passed away. They are in violation of the local burning laws, but the fire department has chosen to do nothing about it. The smoke gets into my house even with doors and windows shut, it has caused some damage to my outdoor storage as well. I must run air filters and make use of my air-conditioning more than I would usually need to do, which is draining my finances. Their burn pile i…

Dear Jeanette, These should be the most important considerations (first):- 1. Sewerage pipe running below the home Try to check where the sewerage pipe / manhole runs in the home. Sometimes, it may run from the frontage towards the back of the home. In such a situation, check to see where possible, it does not run below a bedroom or the living room area. The best or (nice to have) is to have the sewerage system running from the backyard towards, the home. Here, often, toilets should be placed, first. 2. For a two storey home, try to work out the steps for the home. This is because, the number of steps have a significance. Please refer to the attached word d…

Dear Shona, 1. It is good to check up (if you can - some history of the house). For example, try to enquire who previously lived in this house etc... In effect, try to find out more... 2. Depending on your level of participation or non-participation on the application of Feng Shui, you can:- 2.1 Apply Shapes and Form Feng Shui Techniques to do an environmental scanning of the site. And application of Shapes and Form to your home. When you mentioned that there are "lots of" poison arrows: 2.2 You should stand at the front entrance and at each window and look out of the house. Here, a poison arrow only becomes a threat when it is `aimed' thru the main entrance or the windo…

HDB Tampines GREENridges & Precinct Pavilions When choosing a stack/unit; some of us often over-look where the precinct pavilions are. Don't get me wrong, one advantage of living at high floors above such a structure may often mean that the views are unblocked. But if one's stack/unit is at low storeys e.g. 2 to 5 storeys high and depending on the distance the precinct pavilons are; one could literally looked into the "activities" if any within these pavilions which on occassions hold a wake (funeral) or two... And worse still if they are held during one's auspicious festive occasions such as the 15 days of Chinese New Year. It is good to …

Dear Susse, Susse Persson wrote: How do I find my wealth Corner ? Frankly, there is no such single wealth corner. Each house is unique, and the way to find your weal sector is to find where is the current prosperity star in the house (ie a period 7 house, mountain star 7 is your pian cai, while water star 7 is your zheng cai.). So you should make use of the free flying star report in our member area to determine your house wealth sector. This sector changes from time to time. For personal wealth sector or corner, you make use of either the Ba Zi (ie a weak water wealth element is the element water destroy ie Earth)…

House is facing West. There's a storm drain right outside the house, beside the garage doors' driveway (see picture) Is this bad? Since water flows through my driveway and into the drain, is that equivalent to water ($$$) draining off? If so, how do I prevent it? Or repel that? Since the storm drain is on the road, and it belongs to the city government, I don't think I can do anything about the drain. Thank you.

1. Compare your illustration and the sample shown, here. 2. I have masked out the street and blocks so that no one knows where this location is. 3. This sample, is easier to understand vs a blob of rectangle as the unit or flat in which one stays in. 4. Although the illustration is not to scale, but the person took the effort to illustrate especially the row of windows at the living room area. 5. Thus for a 2D perspective, the details of layout is a plus point!

These are some of the considerations: 1. In general; it is best not to use BLUE colour even if it is light blue in a kitchen. This is on the extra-safe-side. While BLACK or grey can be considered as generally - neutral - or OK. 2. Besides the texture or colour of the kitchen laminates; the next largest metal element in a kitchen is actually a refrigerator. As when it is in a closed position; it's external "mass" is one big metal element. Thus frige in white or silver or grey are often a safe-bet.

Dear Anon, 1. This question is quite intriguing. 2. For the Chinese, many of our burial sites (past, present) have been Feng Shuied as very auspicious locations. 3. This is due to the belief that since the Ching and Ming dynasty, burying ancestors in choice sites will bring good luck for the descendants. 4. However, there is a catch - a good burial site does not always remain excellent. For instance, the surroundings may be altered by human activities such as construction, removal of soil, or ploughing down a hill or mountain to make way for construction. 5. In Singapore, many of the best auspicious sites were chosen for burial in the past: 5…

Dear Anon, 1. It would be a preferable option to have an additional bed beneath your current one. This alternative could be more suitable. 2. Some Feng Shui practitioners may approve of loft beds, also known as double decker beds. However, in my view, having a double decker bed should not be an issue as the person sleeping on the lower bed is at the same level. Unlike a beam that concentrates weight downwards, the same level bed disperses the weight evenly. 3. In your situation, I also believe that it is not ideal to have part of your body, especially your head, positioned below the loft. If possible, try to sleep with your head away from the loft. However, th…
