Dear Donna, Please see below:- Based on your description, it does not seem that your main door is in any direct threat unless:- 1. there are supporting posts or struts or lone lamp posts that slices thru your main door. 2. I believe, there is usually a personal compound at the frontage of your house or main door. Para 1 is the main concern. Dear Joanna, Mirrors are said to reflect qi. In general, usually it is not advisable for the mirror to face directly the bathroom door. The believe here is that it may reflect out what was inside the toilet. More commonly, it is ok to place it at the side of the door. E.g. when one enters the toilet, it is on the right or left side. If one uses Compass School (Flying Star) Feng Shui, each sector has three elements.
