These are some considerations: 1. If in doubt always avoid Blue colour in the kitchen - as a rough rule-of-thumb. 2. Since the colour is not blue....it is better than Para 1. Ideally, under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is good to have the stove face inwards of the main door. On landed property, it can still be on a side wall (to maximize the layout plan of a kitchen).
