1. Other Traditional methods: Since this is a "metallic" "beam", then another option is to draw a small thin red line where this air-duct is just above your head or use scotch tape or masking tape and place a thin red string with two ends with the tape. The red string runs above your head. 2. If you do it properly, very hard to notice the red "line". This red line represents fire element to curtail the "metal". Hope the above helps.

In general, a crane symbolises longevity. And also the phoenix. During weddings, one can often find the wedding card with the dragon (male) and phoenix (female) diagram in an embrance. Otherwise the tiger-crane combination is more unique to the Martial Arts. And thus no major significance when combined together unlike the dragon - tiger or dragon - phoenix (crane) combinations. Tina M. wrote: Sorry I dont know how to reply to the answer you have given me about my tattoo. I made a mistake and put dragon and tiger in the subject but explained in the message text that I have learnt a the tiger-crane combination, not dragon and tiger and want to have a tattoo of both animal…

1. In an office environment it may look very odd to place some of the traditional cures like a pair of flutes. The other common method is to draw a "fine" red line much like a small string just above where your head is (if it is under a beam). 2. The pillars according to your description, may not seem to be a problem. Usually if it is a concrete beam, the sha qi is approximately 1 metre. So long as you are not "cut" by the pillar, this is fine or no issue. Quote: Irene L. wrote: I sit in a cubicle and there is a a concrete beam over my head in the office. I am worried that it will affect my promotional opportunities in my career. There are 2 pillars, one is blocked by …

1. In an ideal situation, of course before buying or (renting) a home, it is best to consider the issues that you had mentioned. 2. Otherwise, based on the Eight House theory, this theory has it's limitations i.e. either you sleep in that sector or away from it. 3. Given that there is no way, nor room to relocate say your daughter, then, if Feng Shui is applied, then; 3.1 If you are DIY Feng Shui, then consider ways to fix "leaks" or improve health/safety: -http://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Main_Page#Key_Success_Factors_in_D.I.Y._Feng_Shui 3.2 Or alternatively seek professional Feng Shui help.

1. If the view from the main door is that of the staircase "flowing" downwards, this is inauspicious. As it is symbolic of wealth flowing our and downwards. But if the view is of an "upwards" staircase, this is still acceptable. 2. The most transparent "cure" is the use of grille gates "that have some reflective surface". For example, some people use stainless steel grille gates that have a reflective surface. Or plastic perspex sheet at the lower part of the grill gate (to block cats and dogs from coming in or going out of the house). As the same time, because of the reflective properties of the plastic (perspex) sheet, it acts like a mirror. This is provided that one's…

1. The idea is to find the "center of gravity" of a home. This "center of gravity" is one of the key success factors in drawing or drafting especially the Flying Star "pie chart" commonly used to analyse the "birth-chart" of a home. 2. For novices, if a house has too many indents or protrusions, then one may consider "cutting-out" the outline of the layout plan. And use paste this on to a card-board. Here, again the idea is to cut-out the outline of the home. And balancing a pin or nail to located the centrepoint. 3. IF POSSIBLE, the garage and backyard i.e. non-living areas should NORMALY be excluded. Again it depends on the layout plan as often part of the garage prot…

So long as when one is sleeping, it does not seem to "slice" e.g. like a knife or blade towards one's body. Thus if this can fold down, then best to be folded down when not in use. Frankly, in my opinion, one needs more than that to really change to another Period. Thus, I feel that it is not sufficient.

If your house has no major changes done, then you should use plot the home based on the P5 Flying Star Chart accordingly. Take note that the key stars are #8 current prosperity etc... Anonymous wrote: Dear Cecil, My question is in order to activate the flying star in the P8 as we are in right now, do i need to change my house p5 to p 8. I belive that my house is still p5 since there were no major renovate in the past. In the past, I had posted some actual case examples of real life Feng Shui done for clients. These samples are still available in the forum. For example, please see attachment. It shows clearly how to integrate the Eight Mansions (rather than Aspirations) with the Flying Star Chart.

1. The most sensible approach, here is based on the concept of Maximizing Marks:- http://www.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 2. Here, it is good to draw a chart, should one decide to say compare between two or more homes; for example:- Is the main door sector a good sector under Flying Star? Yes / No The master bedroom : Is it good for me under the Eight Mansions and try to check out what is the Eight Mansions in relation to where the toilet, kitchen etc... And under Flying Star, where is the water star #8 located. Is it wasted in the kitchen area? etc... Thus one cans take note how many good points vs bad points for each of the home under some of …

1. Frankly, this is considered as "superficial" and highly unlikely to change to a new period. 2. Take note of the most conservative thoughts:- 2.1 Honestly, some very conservative Feng Shui practitioners today, even do mention that without uprooting the entire home, to them the home is still but belonging to that period. 2.2 Here, the super conservative FS practitioners believe that even major A and A (Alterations and Amendments) may not change as they believe that as long as the foundation is left untouched, to them it is still felt to be under the previous Period. 2.3 To them, a total change of qi is where the whole home inclusive of the foundations NEED to be "u…

1. Generally Aquarius by the Park has 10 blocks of flats. And many units face SE or NW while roughly two (or three blocks) that face differently from the rest. 2. Thus, in all developments, usually there are some good and some not so good units.

In general, a kitchen contain lots of appliances. And if you are worried about the #5 falling into the kitchen, then one consolation is that hopefully one does have a refrigerator that matches this profile:- 1.1. A fridge especially if it is white or off-white or stainless steel is considered as a metal element. 1.2 Thus if one's frige is described above, and not yellow, then it is considered as a sizeable metal "chunk". And under the Five elements, metal is good to neutralise #5.

1. Usually, having a home next to a retirement home to many is more of a "human or man - factors" then Feng Shui. 2. General, having a home next to a retirement home is near equivalent of a home next to say a temple or a fire station - of that nature. 3. While the garbage dump, (now golf hill) has more concern with how long it was there and any water e.g. a well etc.. will not be suitable. If one uses tap water running from the municipal, this is not a concern. 4. In your case, a very high weightage goes into the "human or man luck factor". Here, I assume that you and your family don't seem to feel very good staying in this home. Human or man luck plays a very high fa…

1. In general, traditionally the Chinese 7th month (especially) certain days is considered auspicious. Nowadays, just because the Chinese 7th "Ghost" month happens to be in the 7th month, many thus construe that it is not an auspicious period. 2. For other races e.g. Indians, they have their own "7th month" which is not in the Chinese 7th month. 3. Overall, we read about many, many Chinese in China getting married on this "auspicious sounding" date. Thus many seem to think it is a good date

Dear Master Lee, Thank You for your veryinformative reply! I apologise for not having been conciseenough about myBazi pillars but hereit is: Day Month Year Hence, the Bullying punishment does indeed appear within my chart. Could I then enquire what kind of negative effectscould this combination bring into my life? Furthermore, I assume that the clash between my Ram-Ox is not too significant right? Because they are not side by side? Is there any possible way for me to lower the negative impact on such a combination? I really Thank You! Sincerely, Anon

Dear Anon, Actually, our free report will already give you that answer. Given the date of birth Male, 28 Jan 1964, Pig hour. You will be a Strong Fire. Element Strength Percentage 4 Water Extremely Weak 12 % 2 Wood Weakest 12 % 3 Fire Weak 28 % 3 Earth Strongest 46 % 0 Metal Strong 0 % This is because your five element percentage after calculating all the combinations and clashes will be as shown above. To determine if you are weak or strong, this will depends finally on whether favourable elements that make you strong is greater or lesser than unfavourable elements that make your weak. As a Fire element person, fav…

Dear Steven, Steve S. wrote: I help my friend generated a report and saw that his life is bad, from luck against him and wealth against him... but he is prosperous and living a carefree life. I don't understand. Can you explain? Firstly, you need to understand two things here:- 1) Free report only shows you a person's big luck. There can only be 3 conclusion from this info. Basically, whether you are a person that:- a)enjoy life earlier than suffer later. b) suffer first than enjoy life later. c)mix, whereby there will be atleast a 30-year rangein the middle of your life where luck is with you oragainst you. Soit does not really mean that a person with luck against…

1. Usually, changing the angle of the front door is only "temporary". This is because, the entire building "frontage" is fixed. And often, tilting the door may not bring significant results. As ultimately the "frontage" or actual facing direction of the home remains the same. 2. If Flying Star Feng Shui has been applied, usually a Feng Shui practitioner will try to advise on ways to "disarm" especially "loss of wealth stars" such as #5 (misfortune, sickness) and #3 (Lawsuits, quarrels, conflicts, scandals). 3. If there are further opportunities, one may consider placing a water position in the home to tap good wealth or activate a mountain position. SANDHAYA M. wrote: …

1. Thanks for the re-upload of layout plan. 2. For practical purposes in applying a template onto your home layout out plan, please see attachment. The rationale for the centrepoint as shown in the attachment is that the home is nto particularly huge to warrant drawing two separate rectangles and later to use the template for Flying star and eight house purpose. 3. The best way to look at it is to consider the outline of the 2nd storey layout plan to determine the centrepoint of the home. Since this layout plan has less indentations and protrusions. 4. In your sketch, I believe the ground floor and 2nd storey should have the same outline. As in your sketch, the 2nd …

1. Honestly, if one truly applies proper Feng Shui, it is difficult to firstly comment on such a Yes/No question. 2. Proper Feng Shui is about looking at the site (site review). And selection of facing direction, and others including the drainage positions etc... Quote: Anonymous wrote: our lot is located in front of an upward road we areconstructing a house and we plan to put a gate on the other side hidden from the road, will this help? please advise on how to deal with key lots thank you.

1. In my opinion, the process of burial (burial place) and subsequently the procedure between this and before "forced" cremation can affect one's luck. 2. For example, the removal of remains e.g. excavation has to be done properly. Very simple situations include, putting up a tent above the burial site, just before excavation, plus, other rituals are significant. 3. Thus any process done up-to that stage and cremation should be properly done. 4. However, once the cremation has been completed, collection of the urn, arranging for the new site could also do with some "proper procedure". 5. Usually, once cremated, it is less crucial to find the best site since the urn wo…
