Dear Tess, Frankly, since the railway tracks are very close, it would seem that it will be part of your daily lives. It is not like closing one's eyes and wishing it away. Perhaps, the sound or vibration would be there. One may have to get used to it. Usually, the most obvious concern of this home is the 'T'junction that you had mentioned. In particular, the most vuneral part of the home is to check whether the main entrance or windows are "exposed" to this 'T'junction. This is because often once we have already bought the home (a fully completed home), we are not able change the interior of the home such as the toilets or major wall structures. It is best therefore that for a completed home, it is good to try to apply the Flying Star Theory to check for any imbalances and correct them. In my opinion, there are know circumstances where digging works were outside of the house but at the specific Five Yellow sector in that year. There were some instances where it had also affected the health of the people staying in that house even if the digging was done 100 metres away. I personally feel that best always to be more on the cautious or conservative side. If one is damn unlucky then, there is no reverse on this.
