1. Statistically, even locally in my country, all landed property estates with semi-detached homes will have homes that mirror each other. Some homes with garage to the "right" and some with garage to the "left". 2. In my opinion, the comments by the building contractor is purely "kindergarten" type of Feng Shui. There are thousands - and - one more concerns that are more important than this. Some of them are listed in the link below:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Want_to_build_your_dream_home%3F 3. As we all know especially semi-detached homes, it is a set of two homes mirrored at the "centre". And locally, there are LOTS of such homes. 4. More importantly: Locatio…

1. Yes, Feng Shui cannot be done by remote control. If you don't stay at the (that) home, you will not be affected by it. 2. I understand that bamboos grow in clusters. And does not have a single tree TRUNK. If so, there is no impact with the clusters of trunks and branches of a bamboo plant on the Feng Shui of your home. 3. As we are not privilege to see what it is like, you may consider making a decision to keep or remove it especially if "darkens" the main entrance vis a vis covering the piping.

1. More importantly; the year the home was stayed-in. Thus most likely, the TOP date. 2. Do take note that it is meant for a high-rise: flat/condo/apartment and not a landed property such as a terrace/semi-detached or a bungalow. Anonymous wrote: Just need to know when using the house number report, do we enter the TOP date as the year ? or the year the 99ys lease starts ?

Dear Master, Thank you very much for the prompt reply....out of curiousity from your report, July 21 is auspicious for me, however based on the day animal in conflict it is Rooster which I am. As such how can that day be auspicious for me if I were to select it for important activities such as shifting house? Sorry for the question but I will be extremely grateful for the answer. brgds Anon

1. The best method is to plot a flying star chart of a home. And use this flying star chart to analyse each sector. 2. For example, if a sector has a water star #3, then this is considered as a bad wood element and planting bamboo or plants can even further create "harm". As #3 is associated with scandals, conflicts, lawsuits. The above is just one simple illustration to show that it is more prudent to apply Flying star in such a situation. Not withstanding, the dragon and tiger etc...

If purely based on the Five elements concept, metal destroys wood to create wealth. Thus, if we consider a pilot as belonging to the wood element, then it is considered as auspicious for a strong metal person.

1. In order to be "attacked" by a poision arrow, it is often the sharp corner of another mega building close-by. 2. At sixteenth floor; so long as especially your unit living room window does not over-look at a "pole" like structure that directly slices the living room, then it does not pose an issue. For bedrooms, also, so long as it does not slice any of the rooms thru the bedroom, this is not an issue. However, a simple day curtain especially for a bedroom can easily help to "cover" it. Thus if it no longer is seen it no longer can create a poison arrow. 3. This tower is significant especially if one has a child studying in a bedroom. For example, if the tower is to …

1. Priority is based on Shapes and forms Feng Shui. Where the bedroom arrangement should "flow" with the bedroom door, attached toilet - if any and the location of the window in the bedroom. 2. Sleeping with the head facing a good direction is considered as Nice-to-have and not a must-have. 3. Another concept to remember is "If it ain't broken, don't fix it". If the previous bed-head arrangement was fine or acceptable, don't change things unnecessarily. Or revert to the "original-previous" position. Anonymous wrote: Hello, My house faces the west and my bed is placed in such a way that I my head faces the north. Of late I haven't been experiencing lack of sleep. Is …

1. If you are able to analyse your home using a proper Flying Star Feng Shui chart; you can try to neutralise this issue by locating especially where is the Mountain star #3 and water star #3. 2. These stars #3 are related to issues such as what you had mentioned. If you are able to disarm or neutralise these stars; it would often help to relieve such a problem.

1. Frankly, donkey years ago, Feng Shui practitioners had the vague notation that North = water, south = fire. 2. In modern times, unfortunately; this type of "evaluation" or "thinking" is equivalent to Kindergarten type of Feng Shui. 3. Today, a more accurate way of finding out whether the sector is or is not a water wealth location is to find out where is the Water star #8 current prosperity located in a home. This is thru the use of Flying Star Feng Shui. 4. Are you so sure that North is your actual (current) water wealth location; in the first place. If not; how effective can one be if one is activatinga location that is not even the real water wealth position. It …

1. Yes, you can definitely ignore fake birthdates. 2. In fact, the "truth" or real birth date is critical! 3. For example, often we get clients that have a family member that told us that they can remember exactly their lunar birth-day. And this date is properly converted back to the western date. 4. In the past, many people were born in remote areas and often, there is a time lag between their actual day of birth and the day their family member say; went to a police post to make a police report. Thus their actual birthday is 7 July 1930. But their birth certificate shows 17 July 1930. But their parents had recorded somewhere or still remember that their "child" was …

1. My advise to all is: "When the buying stops, the selling can!" 2. Commercial products are modern inventions. 1. One good point is that fortunately, the emergency exit (staircase) is on the side and not directly visible from the main entrance door. - Good. 2. Frankly, symbolically it is not the best to face the dustbin; but I believe there is really not much choice as one cannot really change the external layout of your block of flat. 3.If a person is applying or going to apply Feng Shui, all we can do is to follow the concept of: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 4. From the picture of the room; although there are sharp edges: the bed position looks acceptable as the sharp edges don't seem especially to cut the bed. And the worktop ro study table is…

1. Reference article on the dangers of underground water:- http://forum.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-under.php 2. So long as your toilet bowl and it's sewerage piping is on another wall; placing your bed-head towards the toilet wall is acceptable or fine (OK). Breadwinner and spouse both Kua 7 and their daughter is Kua 3. On thehome's flying starfor a P7 NE3 facing house, it shows wealth luck, but now that we are in P8 does this still hold true? 1. This is the most common "mistake" that everyone makes: 1.1. Let's draw a parallel with someone visiting the A & E at a Hospital. For example, this poor kid was hit by a car.. and could most likely have suffered in three areas: damage to his brain; could have suffered internal bleeding somewhere and broken bones. 1.2. Bu…

1. Usually, this is not a problem:- 1.1. As most people (out of personal concern) would try to avoid having the mirror face the bed. 1.2. Thus, so long as having the dresser mirror facing "else-where" to some is far, far better than facing the bed. 1.3. In fact, as many bedrooms are small and constrained by the way the bedroom door is located, an attached toilet, a fixed wardrope cabinet; windows.. there is literally not much place or space to place it. 2. The main issue (commonsense) is that some people may be rudely awoken if the dresser mirror "suddenly" reflects the morning or afternoon sun towards the bed. You don't want to have a situation where you need to "wea…

1. Frankly, there are so many unknowns; on such a simple question. 2. For example; in order for wealth leak; it starts from even simple things as : Location, location and location. 3. Even if the toilet at the center-point is considered a leak; often in order to have things like wealth leak(s); usually a home would most likely have at least THREE major leaks. 4. We all know that if we live in an apartment, there is no (like the British say "no bloody" way) thatwe move the toilet/ it's plumbing etc... 5. Thus for practical reasons, try to find other "wealth leaks" especially major ones and fix them. Then one will have a higher success rate. 6. But a real pity is that…

1. For simple no frills; method of finding out compatibility:- http://www.lovesigns.net/horoscope/acompare/acompare.htm The above is based purely on the Chinese Zodiac signs. This isa very general method as it analyses only the YEAR of one's birth. And it is compared to both parties (or even partner's) YEAR of birth. This type of compatibility is like two countries going to war:- For example: It is like one country flying propellar plans that can only fly up to 400 mph and the other more advanced country flying any jet plane. A jet plane can easily reach Mach 1 or Mach 2 (twice the speed of a bullet). 2. Using Ba Zi analysis 2.1. Minimium data required : Year, Month…

1. I believe you are trying to avoid moving in after the Chinese 7th lunar month beginning from 20 August 2009. 2. Thus, I also feel that continuing with the renovation is considered as a lesser of the two. 3. The plus point is that the activites you had describe is nothing new or serious: "such as polishing of floor, painting of house, toilet renovation, etc". Such activites are also done by many others present and past who had stayed in a home for quite some time. 4. Thus, in my opinion, all these activities that you had described are OK. Just that do take note of locations based on the Tai Sui and Five Yellow and Three Killings location for the year. Reference: htt…

1. The Eight House or East / West Group is based on the premise of either spending time at a sector and/or also nice-to face a good direction. (Full Stop). 2. One should not drag this concept into other situations as what you are trying to "drag it down to". 3. Thus activating say a SW sector has no association with the above. 4. Anyway, what you are trying to apply is "static" Feng Shui that does not take into account time dimensions. 5. A far more professional approach is to apply time dimension in Feng Shui. 5.1 For example;to draw up a Flying Star chart and in-particular; try to disarm #3. And if possible activate Mountain Star #8 and Water Star #8. 5.2 #3 re…

Frankly, I really don't quite get your question. But if a toilet is directly above a bedroom; then best to locate where is the sewerage pipe (and it's ancillary pipes). The best one can do is not to sleep directly below this piping (usually covered by a gypsum board. And also avoid sleeping next to the piping or if it is running below the bed; bed it. Otherwise, there is no miracle cure: i.e. either it is there or it is not there: On or off. (full stop). Anonymous wrote: Dear Master One of the bedroom is located below first level, and there is a small toilet room located in the corner, just before heading to downstairs. 1. Priority is based on "Rule of thumb". Often, once we have viewed a room or bedroom; we have a feel of how we would like to place the bed(s). 2. The report should be considered as "NICE-to-HAVE" and not a "MUST-have". 3. Thus: Go for Para 1, first.
