Hi Master Cecil, First of all, thank you for your insight on feng shui. My question is on the latest cool roof design. Recently I booked a double storey link semi-d cluster home in Malaysia. The roof design is as in the diagram attached. It's a flat metal roof with low angle for rain water and good drainage but surrounded by bricks on all sides. Besides weird, the colour will also be unauspiciously white or light-bluish. It's a metal roof with 3 layer insulation that supposedly reduces heat retention and noises from rain and reflecting the heat back up. I am looking at the stack 1 (3+study) for this condo. It has a private lift lobby and private pool . As according to the floor plan, though very squarish, the back of the private lift lobby is the yard area which leads to the back door to the common lift. May i know if the private lift lobby creates a missing corner for the house? Or the private lift lobby belongs to the house as well? Because the main door opens from the private lift lobby. Also is the location of the private swimming pool good feng shui? Does it add value to the property? Or the facing and direction is bad for the unit. Sir, Thanks for your response. My stove is not facing the kitchen door or face any other rooms or room windows. My Stove is facing a window which is also part of the kitchen but about 6-7 meters away. Out of the windows is not facing any part of my house. Thanks PS

For example from now to 2023 (Period 8); if the frontage is at North and a bedroom is located at e.g. East; 2.2. While from 2024 onwards to 2043b(Period 9); we find that the wealth stars had gone to South = toilet and there is a missing corner at SE; then when comparing the periods; From now to 2023, seems more auspicious then Period 9. 3. Thus logic says that one needs to compare the stars with sectors for either period to see which is considered better or worse-off or even no-change?

Greetings, Master Lee, I understand the importance of positioning a bed in relation to bedroom door, windows and mirrors. However, a friend just commented that even though a bed is not facing a bedroom door, it is still bad fengshui if the head or foot of the bed points to the direction of the street/main gate/car port. My bed is in the middle of the house, not at the front side, which will understandably be noisy. Is my friend's comment true?

Hi, I would like to check on the Feng Shui of Fernvale Dew units for 2 rm flat. Is unit 342, Block 401E near T-junction or 401G unit 364 or 366, Block 401G a better choice?
