1. In my opinion, this is pretty similar to a walk-in wardrope (without doors). 2. From a Feng Shui point of view; there should not be any major issue; Visually, it may not look nice; only. 3. For exact colour, often it depends on the Flying Star numbers of a sector and in relation to a person's ba zi element. And not based on your description of west.. south... 4. Sometimes, installing beads or curtains.. if not changed or cleaned often may not be "hygenic". For example, if we hang a set of curtains; and don't change it for three or six months; the material may be a hive of germs. And I cannot think that each time we brush our face against this material; germs.. depo…

These are some considerations on Block 403:- 1. The Block's facing stretches from NW facing to NE facing. And there are even some units that face "Easterly". 2. I assume that the block of flats was built or TOP under Period 7: 1984 to 2003. 3. Period 7, NW facing directions NW1, NW2/3generally today (2004 to 2023) as having small luck as the water wealth under the Period 7 is trapped in the centre. 4. Better units are those facing NE but these units face 406 thus blocked view. 5. Lower floor units of block 403 especially the ones facing the T junction i.e. the road leading from Gardens at Bishan / Bishan condo park etc.. should pay more attention even though it is…

In my opinion, these are some considerations: 1. Overall, based on Shapes and Forms, majority of the blocks are tall point blocks (from a distance much like thoseHDB 5-room point-blocks of themid-1970's era). 2. Onegood thing about such "point blocks eg.Blk 20, 26, 28, 30, 32 - based on Shapes andForms allows qi to flow well from most directions. 3.Majority of the stacks face North-South directions (slight tilt) towards the north-west but in general most of the developmentunder Flying Star Feng Shui should be Period 7 (10 years old) apartments: stacks facing either North or South directions. 4. Based on current Period 8, 2004 to 2023, the better facingstacks (standing…

These are some of the considerations:- 1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1.1 Try not to seat prolonged facing the "sunlight". For example, the office / room is bathed by the afternoon sun. And one's table is facing this sunlight. 1.2 Many people feel uncomfortable sitting with one's backtowards an opening e.g.the door or, doorof an attached toilet or a window. 1.3 Avoid working at a "dead corner" or a location that there is no air-flow especially if one does not turn on the fan or air-con. 1.4 Avoid seating next to or sharing the same wall as the stove or the toilet bowl wall - if possible. 2. Compass School Feng Shui 2.1. Eight Houseanalysis: if possible or NICE-to-ha…

Logically, if it is a "new" as in brand new home; there is no issue with construction be it good or bad sectors. Thus if you really mean NEW; then a newly built home from scratch is a very common thing: For example, someone booked a terrace home and it is under construction and have not even moved in yet. Is this is a case of over-reacting? Move-in procedures can be found under this url: http://info.geomancy.net and the usual practise of selecting a good date to move-in. For the Chinese, they don't really like to move in on the lunar 6th month; 7th month and the month of the Qing Ming also. You cannot simply use Feng Shui for every excuse! For example; it is lame for a barber to say " after cutting your hair, you will have better Feng Shui". What BULL! (bullshit)... Feng Shui is about Earth Luck. Cutting hair and feeling comfortable or feel good has more to do with one's self - man luck or human luck feel good factors.

There is one commonsense concept which Shapes and Forms Feng Shui considers critical: "Bright Hall" or "Ming Tang". This simply means that if possible the area around the entrance (or facing direction) should have "clear unblocked space". This simply means that there is some lighting best would be natural lighting at the front area. Another purpose is to allow qi to collect within the area. Even if there are steps leading down but based on the vague info, you did mentioned that there is something like 2 metre space = which I attribute to some form of a "bright hall". Which is acceptable. Not the best, but may be acceptable. Contrast this to some old buildings where the…

1. In my opinion, there are other considerations. 2. For example, in this Sample Male person's chart, under "Your Ten Deities & Key Characteristics" Authority (zheng guan) = 4 3. Here, one considerationis that one can compare each partner's Authority (zheng guan). 4. For example, if his partner (wife's) Authority is higherthan his; then in Singapore context we can say that his wife will dominate him: 5. And in such a situation, his wife can be considered as " The Minister of Finance and Defence at home".Andthe man? His position in the home is akin to a "Minister without portfolio". 6. There are lots more that ba zi can derive information between the t…

These are some considerations:- 1. Never save on getting proper expert advise. 2. Usually, you should start from the exterior e.g. imagine how rain falls on the property and how it drains OUT of the home. This can affect the wealth and/or power authority or even range from loss to misfortune if not done properly. Anonymous wrote: Is itok to put the stairs or the toilet/shower areain the north sector? The north sector has flying stars 5 and 2. I asked this because I was informedNOT to putstairs nor toilet inthe north sector. 3. You must have got some advice ".. I was informed.." If it is your Geomancer, then please clarify with them. 3.1. Hopefully your Geomancer does…

Toh H. wrote: Hi, Can you kindly advise what items to buy or bring when moving into a 2nd house? Thank you. Zoey 1. Wow! Congratulations: Youare so rich!To own a " 2nd house!" 2. Anyway, there is no difference between procedure of 1st house, 2nd house or 2ND HAND-resale home. 3. You can find all the resources related to: first time open door totypical move-in procedure from this url:- http://info.geomancy.net 4. I believe in Singapore, only 2 to 5 percent own 2nd house (erh.. home!) You must belong to this "special" category) hahahaha! However, it is common for many to sell and buy a resale home... P.S. *Joke* Your forum thread shows 2nd HAND hous…

1. In general, there are two methods:- 1.1. Based on Traditional Compass School of Feng Shui:- You can browse this link for the various free reports:-http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports.htm The specific report that you should be looking at based on the compass direction is: http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-sleep-position.htm 2. The second cateory which is either using intuitive means to locate the best bed position or commonsense Feng Shui :- Itarina L. wrote: What is the best bed position? Under a window, on the same wall as the room door, or a wall with plumbing behind it? 2.1. For the above, usually Para 1 is considered first. And see if w…

1. In my opinion, it is best to get expert help. 2. In your country, especially if can check around and perhaps; have people can recommend a geomancer to visit your home to review the feng shui is the best option. 3. Alternatively, you can consider off-site Feng Shui services. 4. Generally, what you had mentioned is pretty common and many professional Feng Shui geomacers should be able to address your concerns. These are some considerations:- 1. Yes, too limited information. Usually, a Flying Star chart is plotted to determine what flying star numbers are within that sector especially for your home & it is also good to check what flying star numbers are at the neighbour's main door area (also). 2. A blessing is that hopefully; no one places things like ba gua mirrors on either main door which can result in a "ba gua war". 3. Last resort is like many; "slam-shut" the main door = minimal interaction with a neighbour.

Please see attachment. Irina M. wrote: Dear Cecil, Please see attached the plan of my flat. For the purpose of finding the centre of the plan, can you please advise: 1) Is terrace considered to be the 'living' area? I have a table with 2 chairs on it. 2)The sticking out parts on top of the plan (bath and bedroom closet) - are these protrusions, or is the area between them a missing part? Many thanks, Irina

These are some of the considerations:- GENERAL INFORMATION 1. In a micro-level; according to our Chinese customs; the most important consideration is that the common bed that you are currently sleeping on should never be moved even one month after giving birth. 2. Thus in some circumstances where one really has to say move house then, the pregnant wife should literally disappear and not involved in or look at the process of the shift. In many instances, a new bed should be purchased at the new home. Anyway, this para does not apply to your case. But do take note the same. INVOLVING A GEOMANCER 3. Usually, if geomancy (Feng Shui considerations) is involved and if you …
