Hi! My Kua number is 9, and I am supposed to be an East person. I am moving to a rented condo unit, where I have two options: 1. Main door is facing East, and balcony is facing East 2. Dear Sir I have 2 friends, both born in the year 1995 (pig zodiac), are planning to hold their ROM on 18 Jan 2024 (considered auspicious wedding date). However, I have checked that this date clashes with zodiac pig and in particular those born in 乙亥年. i,e. including 1995. Computing the number of elements broken down into the five element. 2. Assigning proper weightage to the element based on the Seasons of Birth. 3. If the home is tenanted or occupied, it is always best to keep the home neat, tidy and remove as much clutter as possible. Dear Kaushal, In my opinion, other than if the house has good Feng Shui qualities and if the buyer is aware of FS, one can use it as a selling tool. As you had mentioned, the `first' impression of the front of the home is important. Often, Feng Shui is not meant to sell a property. But most people like: convenience (to work/schools/markets etc). And, likewise, $$$ plays an important part of the attractiveness of a home for a buyer.
