Honestly, Feng Shui is not a cure all. It is a holistic approach to harmony, health and balance of qi. Scientifically, Feng Shui can still be used, but this is "troublesome" especially for newbies or anyone not family with it. As for selling, if one knows how to: first locate where the home has bad star numbers like #3 , #5 and #7, there is a higher chance based on Feng Shui to improve the luck for selling the home.

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: What should I do in accordance with Feng Shui to quickly sell my home? Frankly, there is very littlein terms of feng shui that you can do about selling a house quickly. Except maybe make use of some of the auspicious feng shui benefits of the house as a selling point in your promotion or maybe even to improve your luck by choosing a good date to meet etc. Otherwise, nothing else can really help you here. 3. Dear Deidre, If your daughter is frequently getting injured or sickness, most likely if a Flying Star chart is done, there should usually be bad #numbers such as #2 or #5 in your daughter's bedroom. Please see below:- Warmest Regards, Cecil

House faces due North. Unfortunately, Feng Shui is not a miracle cure for all problems. If the house has some good feng shui feature, you can make use of that point as an additional point to helping to promote the sale of the house. The other thing you can do is attempt to improve your own personal ba zi luck so that your overall luck will be boosted. This way, it may help you get a buyer that is interested in your home. Otherwise, theses non-feng shui factors are always at t…

Dear Sophia, Sophia Chia wrote: I come across from one of the articles if we will to sell the house we can check the ba zi the auspicous time for the buyer to have a look of the house. There is very little feng shui aspect that you can do to improve the sale of the house. Like you mentioned, the best would be to check out the best ba zi day or time, which might boost your overall luck. But ultimately, whether a potential buyer even notices that you have a house for sale depends on your real-estate agent's ability to get people to notice your unit is for sale. Ultimately, your location, priceof your home, how clean it looks etc. All these will be the determining factor f…

Dear Vijay, In my opinion, there are many other factors that can influence the sale of your house. Overall, the main factors are: 1. Location, location, location. 2. Selling price & market conditions. 3. Luck factor - however, there are said to be many forms of luck. Chinese divinity uses Pillars of Destiny (map out Heaven's luck) and try to increase this. 4. For Feng Shui, if there are salient or good points of the house under Feng Shui; one may try to `sell' this as value added - provided the buyer can be convinced about Feng Shui and good points about it. Sometimes, if the house is not so good, this can however backfire. 5. For a new good house, you can try out th…

We are trying to sell our house but we live very far away from the property (which is empty at the moment). Any advice on how we can sell it would be appreciated. We are even thinking that one of us needs to move back there to be able to bring in the offers. Help please!

Hi, Before one uses the " semi-circle " one must use it correctly. The correct way is to use the semi-circle facing outwards of your home or building. Never `turn' the semi-circle inwards acting like a sickle or blade slicing towards the house. This is similar to having `pointed' arrow towards you. It is also based on Symbolism in Feng Shui as the semi-circle `looks' like a Chinese butcher's knife. Do remember the above and avoid doing it wrongly. Warmest Regards Cecil

These are some considerations: 1. Earlier, I have explained under scientific Feng Shui; the qi flow in common types of homes e.g. terrace and in particular this type of layout plan. That seems to look similar to what you had posted earlier: Openings at the front and opening(s) at the side. Thus, you may have to stare at the two layout and look what is similar or dis-similar. But the gist under this qi thing is "commonsense". 2. Feng Shui is not as simplistic as posting a layout plan. 3. Location, location, location. 3.1. There is such a thing as how rain falls to a property and how it drains OUT of the home. 3.2. The exterior landscape, the site, the building etc.. 3.3. …

  14. 1. Yes, fortunately, two things are in place:- 1.1. It is far better in this layout plan i.e. the frontside is not at the rear of the home. This is much better than the frontage facing the "T" junction. 1.2 Yes, the landscaping with young trees does help (alot; tremendously) your plot of land. 1.3 In addition, with your car porch and garage, it is good for these to be at the back of the home. With all the above three considerations, and that the young trees will ultimately mature and grow bigger, this is a plus point. Thus in my opinion, although you have the "T" junction, the above three points 1.1 to 1.3 overweighs this inauspicious "T" junction. Anonymous w…

Sir: I have several related questions: (1) When does the Chinese month of September begin and end? (2) For aKan person, living in a Zhen house (280 degress facing), built in 2001and has 3M bad wood, 7W bad metal, 6A good metal, 3 Month bad wood to avoid lawsuits in September would the remedy be metal, and fire in October when 2 bad earth visits? (3) The 7-3 combination is also in the SW for the month of September. Am I correct that the remedy for that month would be fire? (4) Ever since we moved into this house in 2002 we have hadmanylawsuits or arguments with people. One argument has been going on the entire time we have been here. 1. The best method is to evaluate using Flying Star Feng Shui to assess favourable location(s) for the sceptic tank and water tank. 2. After applying the Flying Star Feng Shui; Shapes and Forms of the property in relation to the interior / exterior layout of the building should next be considered. This includes, where the piping of the sewerage lines will enter or flow into the home - avoiding passing thru below a bedroom etc........ 3. The "last" or not necessary must-have but rather, nice-to-have the sceptic tank at one's unfavourable - eight mansion's sector. 4. Where possible, drinking water tank should not be located so close to the sceptic tank in-case of contam…

Dear Miu Kwan, Please see below:- 1. Under Eight House Theory, `Irritation line' as it suggest is minor as compared to `death or disaster' sectors. 2. If there are no serious problems, especially health, you may if you want to `skip' Flying Star analysis. 3. Symbollically, in my opinion, it is still best to use the main entrance. Rather than become a `servant' yourself when using the back door. 4. Another "controversy" is that if the main door (frontage) is opposite the backdoor, it makes no sense to call the back door (facing the backyard) the main entrance. Here, removing the house number, to place at the back door, is not a `logical solution'. 5. The Eight Hous…

Dear Master, I read several other reference thread pertaining T-junction. I have a situation here whereby unit (highlighted in red) is facing a bomba service lane (suspected to be super minimal traffic, but who knows). The gate will be 2 cars width, means there will be close to no wall. Bomba lane should be standard 4.5m width. What kind of gate design would further improve the potential sha qi in this instance. Thanks in advance in any advice.

Dear Angelina, For a 3 / 2 base 6:- Although there is a base 6 metal element. After it exhausts #3, it will become too weak to exhaust #2. Yes, you can add metal or a wind chime here. Do note that it would be `disasterous' to use a wind chime if it happens to be in the following combination:- with 2 / 3 base 6 For such a combination, quietness or stillness is required as this combination can result in " severe " quarrels even between family members and if left uncured may result in lawsuits even within family members. This combination is particulary worse if it is in the bedroom area. It is why, if in doubt i.e. for those who try to apply cures - use 6 coins instead. Be…
