I must truly apologise for the info that I am going to provide, below... For those who don't have a stomach to read the message; I strongly suggest; please skip this message! ACTUNG! You have been WARNED! These are some of the considerations:- 1. Frankly, no offence ... I just glanced what you had wrote and this immediately flashes into my mind: "A little knowledge is considered a dangerous thing!". 2. OK, let's assume that in this "tiny" world of Fung Sway; and there is this person who only eats and sleeps and swear only by the Eight House... erh... good luck to you! 3. Even in the Eight House and micro-management of the Eight House concept; there is such a thing…

  2. You wrote: 1. I would like to ask if the house can still benefit from flying star by using 5 elements to suppress, control and enhance each sectors? Since Flying Star's lowest common denominator is the Five Elements concept: thus, cures or enhancements could/may be applied, here. You wrote: 2. In addition, I just want to clarify if a double 8 facing house in Period 8 only benefits wealth but not good for health? were health is wealth is true and health cannot be bought by money, a house with double facing has an effect of disastrous health issue? Yes, this applies especially for some facing directions where there are two ways of looking at it:- 1. Since double 8's are a…

    1. Frankly, in several of the past messages; the house number analysis is better used in situations for a new development where many of the stacks and units are available. 2. Here, for example within a stack; one can quickly check which level or storey or floor is better. For example stack #08 has most of the units available. For example; stack #9 could be better than say #7 or #10. In such situations. 3. In a "no-choice" or highly limited choice senario of resale homes; even if another unit in the same stack is better; and if no one wants to sell it; not much use, here. 4. In the final situation: Shapes and Forms and things like plotting out the Flying Star chart for tha…

  5. 1. In my opinion, your question is still in-complete. 2. For example: the key essence, here should instead be looking into:- 2.1. HEALTH (#2 sickness, #5 misfortune, sickness) 2.2. WEALTH (#3 quarrels, conflicts, lawsuits, #7 lost opportunies "theft" of luck, #5 misfortune etc..) 3. Thus, the most practical approach is to what you said. 4. Of course, if the facing direction has "WEALTH" but if the bedroom has health issues; many people would prefer health, first and foremost. Who don't want wealth. But, without good health how to enjoy wealth peacefully or happilly 5. Instead: I should ask you the question: 5.1. Would you mind good health but not that great in wealth or l…

Using eye-ball method, please see attachment for the centrepoint. Looks like the centerpoint is not located in the toilet. It is located in the kitchen. But fortunately, it is not directly above the stove which is inauspicious. The Concept of Maximizing Marksshould be applied should the toilet is located at the centrepoint.

  8. 1. Like all investigative sciences; in order for you to make any enhancement(s) and/or reduce any negative qi: Feng Shui Triage. Tell us: how to remedy ifno investigations are done: TRIAGE 2. The Eight House / Eight Mansions (4 Good/Bad directions) concept can be used to futher look at the best bed-head direction. 3. Shapes and Forms of the bedroom: often this is limited by the bedroom door, windows and other fixtures in a bedroom e.g. entrance to the attached bedroom. 4. Alternatively; if the above are not applied; then it is as good as doing Trial and Error Feng Shui. Logically, it is either going thru Para 1 to 3 or "free for all".

  9. 1. Yes, you have a valid point, here. (And depending on the Period) what you mentioned makes sense. However..... 2. To further understand better; 2.1. You need to overlay the flying star chart onto the layout plan. And thre are many considerations: master bedroom, kitchen: location and placement etc.. etc... 2.2. Shapes and Forms fo the external environment, the site and the building. 2.3. The drainage out of the property 3. As we go deeper into the analysis; and investigative work; the more we can understand better which facing IN RELATION to the plot and internal organs of the house is a better choice. 4. What you mentioned is like looking at an apple from the outside …

  10. These are some considerations: 1. You did not mention how his MIL died. 2. Usually, if it is old age or common ailments such as a heart attack or even terminal cancer etc... In my opinion, there is no major concern with it. 3. In my country; 80 percent of the time; the body (was) cremated. And if it is via cremation; even best as cremation is neutral vs burial. 4. Anyway, frankly, all of us one may must perish. And as mentioned; if it is through natural death; then most of the time no issue.

  15. These are some considerations: 1. Both toilet directly above bed-head and kitchen below bed are considered as "commonsense" Feng Shui. 2. Why? 2.1. Fire rise-upwards. And there are concerns of a firebreaking out in the kitchen and fire rising towards the masterbedroom (bed area)= kinda of like being cooked. 2.2. What is worse if the piping is directly above the bed. If it does leak... think aboutwhat kind of juice will flow downwards towards the bed.

  16. How is our Auspicious Dates Analysed? Please be advised that our Auspicious Dates are choosen based on the following factors:- Key Alamac influence - is considered (ie whether day clashes / harms / punishes with the current year). Note: This isn't the most important influence as this only denotes a generate day's influence. ie even if the day itself is good or bad it does not mean that everyone on this planet will enjoy the same auspicious or inauspicious influence. ie tung shu/alamac day is inauspicious Wood Rat day, but if the person is Strong Water person, this day benefit that person a lot more. Suitability to Ba Zi - Whether the day is suitable to the ba zi is v…

  17. Frankly, Feng Shui is a holistic approach. And without going thru any Triage or trouble-shooting; it is not fair to pin-point the sink as the culprit (be it major or minor). As I had mentioned, previously:- 1. Shapes and Forms: not just the four walls of your home; the exterior does play an important and vital role in the Feng Shui of a home. 2. Often, a home has around more than 3 or 4 major leaks to cause a drain. 3. Kindergarten Feng Shui; In the past, such practices prevail. Where North = career etc... But this is 2011. Such practises should not be recurring. Thus unless a proper Triage or investigations is done; no one really knows the main cuase of your "leak"

These are some considerations: 1. In your case, it is better to go by personal feel or feelings. (At worse, this is known as "trial-and-error" or in today's Feng Shui); it should be given the dubious distinction of the term "trial-BY-error" method. Why? 1.1 Traditional Feng Shui not only looks at your ba zi; but in addition to this things like Flying Stars and the "stars" in your bedroom - good or bad. 1.2 Look at it this way: 1.2.1 In order to obtain your personal Ba zi information e.g. weak water person; one's date (& even time of birth) is needed. 1.2.2 This is the same for your home. Your home has it's own birth-date and BIRTH-CHART. 2. Therefore, without …

There are few considerations:- 1. Commonsense Feng Shui or literally speaking simply common-cowsense. 2. Sometimes the toilet bowl or wc shares the same wall as the wall of a bedroom. Here, a toilet does have sewerage pipes. It is due to this that it is not good to sleep NEXT to a sewerage pipe. E.g. sewer pipe embedded into the wall and one place one's face next to the opposite site of the wall. 3. Some don't like the bed too close to the toilet bowl. As if the lid is closed position; and if there are gaps in the seat; the micro-droplets will fly further and may even deposit onto the bed, bed-sheet etc... 4. The above are based more on cowsense right? 5. If none of these…

  23. These are some considerations: 1. It depends! 2. Often even under such a development, there could be some "gem" or a "ROSE amongst the thorns." 3. For a lay-person;if in doubt,or feel uncomfortable; then avoid buying such homes or apartment(s). 4. More individual investigative work is required for each individual unit.
