Often, this is acceptable (in terms of bringing in or filtering) in light into the area. Usually, if there is a window, often, up to waist height should be fixed / permanent and either a casement or swing up window is acceptable. This is killing two birds with one stone ie. from inauspicious sector to a good facing direction favourable to the person's ba zi. 2.
