These are some considerations: 1. Often, what seems to be missing corners may be the reverse i.e. a protusion or protusions. 2. Frankly, verbal descriptions like I have missing cornders at SW and SE. 2.1. Even within this simple sentence; there are lots of unknows: 2.2. How large a missing corner, whether the missing corner straddles between one true cardinal point(s) and or 2.3. How large is the missing corner(s) 2.4. Is the missing corner narrow or fat or thin or what...??? 3. Seriously, so far, I believe no geomancer or let's say in a doctor's situation: 3.1. Your posting is like calling up a doctor to describe some medical situation. What is even more pressing is, …

These are some considerations: 1. Thanks for your detailed sketch! 2. Under a major concept in symbolism; all bedroom doors must open inwards: to symbolise "qi flow" into the room. 3. This is why often, all main entrance doors must open inwards. 3.1 I do clearly remember that a few years ago, a Vietnam developer had forwarded layout plan(s) for a large estate with all main entrance door opening outwards. 3.2 Here, this is considered not auspicious. 4. Ideally, for a home, it is best also that the backdoor should also open inwards. But if there is no back door (just a grille gate then no issue if the grille gate opens outwards). 5. Not to worry, for convenience and pract…

1. In my opinion, this is modern times and not some medieval times. 2. Nowadays or even in the past, few people if any decide totravel based on the decision of whetherit is a good or inauspicious day to do so. 3. If we do so, there is very little leeway and our life is like at the mercy of or even considered as enslaven. 4. Mathematically speaking: 4.1.It is much safer to be travelling on a plane than say on the road. As the miles per incident is few on an airplane. 4.2. Again,if there are 100 or more person's travelling on the same flight; in theory, 50 percent would be travelling on their auspicious dayswhile 50 percent would be travelling likewhat you are concerned with…

These are some considerations: 1. The famous saying Rome is not built in a day. 1.1 Neither can an ANSWER can be immediately given to someone who says "Any remedy for this?" 2.Please note that there are so many concepts and principles. Furthermore, the following are cruicial: STEP 1: Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. OTHERS: Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better! The Customer Engineer Concept If you D.I.Y. make sure you read this!

1. Yes, it is simply common sense that you should use your ACTUAL birth date. 1.1. In fact, in many countries, and in rural areas, often a birth gets reported several days later or even weeks later. 1.2. In Singapore, there are lots of cases where, a birth was reported many days and weeks later. Thus, it is always prudent to use one's actual birth date. This refers to the 2nd part of your question: Master Bedroom: Which side must I sleep on

Auspicious/inauspicious dates are based on the lowest common denominator = the Five Elements. One's ba zi e.g. Element and strength also based on the Five Elements. Thus, one can apply one's favourable color(s) on that day.

These are some considerations: 1. In this home, NEVER, (NEVER) play with the Ouija board that summons spirits. Some call this a Wiggy Board "game" or a "talking-to spirit" board. 2. What happens is that when one plays with this board; it is opening a portal. 2.1. And in many instances, because of the past incident, this house is more "yin". And often, one may unintentally invite visitors. 2.2. We are not so scared of the "low ranking" visitors e.g. those that have yet to cross through "the LIGHT". 2.3. What is most fearful is that often such portals can inadvertently sent is a High Ranking (General) or Devil's right hand person i.e. the Dark force. 3. Once this occurs, e…

These are some resources: http://forum.geomancy.net/resources/forum-archive/4770.htm http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=24390&new=%3EHouse%20Hunting%20:%20A%20Lot%20Position%20-%20%3Cem%3EFeng%20Shui%3C/em Usually, if an underground water source is below a house, this is considered bad "vapours". Hopefully the cellar is dry and not damp. The above may not be exactly what you are facing, now. You can monitor the damness using a hydrometer for moisture. Too much moisture is a growth culture for bacteria etc....

Sorry, you mean opposite each other.... even if they were 6 feet apartment? Where possible, even if they are 6 feet apartment where possible, the sink with it's water pipe (hose) should not directly face the stove (HOBS).

1. In my opinion, this has more to do with SYMBOLISM then Feng Shui. 2. It origins is that in the past; the deceased would be brought home during the funeral. 2.1. And the body will be displayed such that the LEGS will face the entrance. This is based on pure common sense. As when it is time for the funeral procession, the coffin will be loaded legs first into the hearse. 3. Thus as mentioned above, it has more to do with the "Chinese" thing or Chinese custom or belief to avoid sleeping with the legs facing an OPENING such as the bedroom door or even the sliding window. 4. IF you are not a Chinese, perhaps, and if you are not as supertitious, no need to be TOO concerned.…

1. Often to understand the underlying issue or concern: The Three-Step-Approach 2. The two key considerations at NW are 2.1. Under the Trigram, NW belongs to the Heaven Trigram 2.2. It is also associated with the Male Head of the House 3. Why is it important not to have the kitchen = in particular the stove at NW? 3.1. Given that NW represents the Heaven Trigram; therefore a stove directly at the sector is like a Fire at the gates of Heaven. 3.2. This is why people call it "FIRE AT HEAVEN'S GATE". 4. Thus if there is a fire at the Heaven's gate; it symbolies "NO LUCK coming from HEAVEN". 5. Again, what I had explained is based purely on LOGIC. 6. Put on a thinking cap, …

These are TWO major considerations: A. Chinese customs and beliefs. B. Feng Shui 1. Under Chinese customs and beliefs: never move the current "marital" bed while pregnant or usually before one month after the 1st lunar month of giving birth. 2. However, if you no longer enter into that bedroom e.g. fly off to KL and never step foot back to your existing marital bed. 2.1 Then, after you had left the home, so long as you don't go back to see the bedroom with that bed; it is still considered acceptable. 2.2 Thus, if you completely left the bedroom; whatever is done to the existing bed is often considered a non-issue. 3. This is equally common. For example, often, a family s…

In my opinion, if you are into DIY, these are some considerations: 1. You said "we have this wall facing my daughter's room." 1.1 I assume that you are referring to an extra block's wall. (As I always mention, often when some one writes texts, they assume that everyone else understands ?) 1.2 If assume it is Para1.1; then if there is a window of daughter's bedroom facing this wall; common sense says that her study table (if any) should not face this "wall" as often light can be reflectec into her room. 2. Your question about what cures etc.. This is very common: understand this term "TRIAGE" or search for this term.

These are some considerations:- 1. In traditional Feng Shui, a standard sized fish tank e.g. 4ft by 2f is placed at the window often if there is an external arrow such as a lone lamp post directly facing that window. 2. In theory and on paper, a fish tank or even a fish bowl can be used under Flying Star to help reduce the 5 2 9 sector. 2.1. However, where possible, such a fish tank should only be placed in "open spaces" e.g. such as a living room and not within a room e.g. bedroom. 2.2. Usually, with such 5 2 9 sector, expect a higher incidence of the fishes sacrificing themselves for YOU. Anonymous wrote: Dear Mr Cecil, We've placed a small fish tank on our bay window …

These are some considerations: 1. Before the final approval given to construct a new home; 1.1. Ground Floor compared to the 2nd storey layout 1.1.1 Try to superimpose the 2nd storey layout plan to the ground floor. 1.1.2 And for the Ground Floor level; look out especially for toilets at the 2nd storey. 1.1.3 Here, it is considered inauspicious to have the toilet especially the WC pipe(s) on the 2nd storey; above the main entrance door; and/or kitchen especially directly above the stove. 1.1.4 And any other living areas such as directly above the sofa or a bedroom. Also try to avoid the wc directly above the dining table. 2. 2nd Storey superimposed onto the groun…

Yes, it is difficult to say not to clean it. But, in your situation, if there MUST be a need to service or clean the air con, and if you do have other family members (not stakeholders or breadwinners) perhaps could arrange for someone who services aircon. Here, make an appointment with the aircon service person; and if possible, ask one of your family members to be around; and if you can; the breadwinner disappear like the plaque for the period; the servicing of the fan coil ...

Thank you Master Cecil. Based on 1976 analysis - NE locationis good. Based on 1978 analysis - NE location is death. I stayed in the NE for 5 yrs andfaced many deaths & illness. So 1976 analysis was not right. I am now shifting to the North (and 1978 is good, while 1976 is bad). So I am very confused. * 1976 - actual birth, 1978 - recorded birth We are a bit tight with money. And the contra and sale of our flat will give us some profit. If we hire yr services, do we have to pay immediately for the report. Or we can pay you after we get the profit fr the sale. We would like foryou check the fengshui of our new flat, but can only pay you after the profits from the s…

1. You wrote: I have read where purple and green should not be used in the kitchen this year 2. Even when applying Feng Shui; geomancers usually would look at the 20 Year Flying Star of the apartment and access the colours (if any to avoid). 3. But your statement seems so either short-sighted or impratical. 4. To most people reading it; it can sound like you either gona renovate or change the colours yearly or really don't know what to say... 5. From a general Feng Shui perspective, for the kitchen one colour that should generally be avoided is BLUE colour e.g. blue laminated kitchen cabinets. As blue belong to the Water element and may clash with the stove position. 6…

In my opinion, it depends on whether a person is a strong or weak element. A person who has a strong element; e.g. strong water, strong wood, strong earth etc.. can utilise the 'destructive' cycle in your own words "for coloring". For example: a strong earth person: wood element (green or brown) can be used to destroy earth to create what is called "Power and Authority" for that person. And as a strong earth person's wealth element is Water.

In my opinion, your statement is too general. But, the true test is to stand inside a unit main entrace door and look out for pillarsor support beams such as those for covered shelters. Thus most likely would often affect a unit or a few units that's all. Unless the overhead bridge structure has spikely trellis etc.

These are some considerations: 1. This East/West person is just the tip of the iceberg. 2. Thus there are even greater mass below the waterline. 3. For example: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and even Flying star. And yet, these are not considered as yet;how then can you prematurely claim or cry wolf. 4. Often, it takes three or more major leaks or imperfections to cause a calamity; and most or majority of homes are not a bad that you seem to thing. 5. Thus without a TRIAGE how the hell do you know the situation.

1. Yes, you can say that in general Food Industry and Real Estate Industry belongs to earth element. 2. If you are in the purchasing and sales; you have to perhaps look deeper. 2.1 For example, in general, most salesperson may do some purchasing but their CORE job function is sales. If sales, then this should be the fire element. 2.2 While Purchasing should also be looked into closely. In the past, Japan manufacturing success has to do with JIT (Just In Time) purchasing of inventory. In this arena or sphere or context, this entire JIT thing needs good co-ordinating skills. If so, can belong to the Wood element. 3. So far, your interpretation seems sound enough for the r…

These are some considerations: 1. When one mentions that the person is a strong yang water snake; this is based on Ba Zi. 2. Being a strong water or strong something does not automatically mean that; that person's best facing direction must be North or SE. 3. Try to get your facts correct, first. 4. When one talks about good directions: this belongs to the Compass School of Feng Shui: Eight House / 4 Good or Bad directions. 5. The answer to your question can be found under this link: The Three-Step-Approach

Sorry, I have transferred your case study to the Feng Shui Tips Conference as I had replied extensively based on Common sense Feng Shui. That forum conference is locked and members cannot post there. Again, please check out the earlier link. The critical clue was that house Y has more to worry in terms of a T-junction. And often only a so called "fluke" accident could a runaway amok vehicle penetrate towards house "X". You should be using the above example. I have seen only matured curry trees that were planted into the ground that grows reasonable size. In my opinion, most probably the existing owners planted it for the curry leaves. What is a garden without some type…
