In my opinion, especially Tai Chi is a slow but (calculated to strengthen) since it has always been one of the most popular activities especially for the "aged"; I feel that it is OK. (Subject of course to the caution: that some who have certain health concerns; check with their personal doctor, first.

    1. Numbers are like : one man's meat is another man's poison. 2. Numbers are very subjective. In fact, I know of many Chinese who are not superstitious of the number 13. While some others are very fearful of this number. 3. For some westerners 13 is an inauspicious number. But generally, many Chinese don't care too hoots about living on the 13th floor or a house number with 13. 4. For example, Singapore Airlines business class has only cabin numbers that are 12 and they skip 13. Thus, you can only find seats that are 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D etc.. and 14A, 14B etc... 5. Frankly, some Chinese also have no adverse "reaction" to the number 4 or 4 or 444 or even 14. 6. Common sense…

  4. For practical reasons, nowadays in modern times, we should not be too concerned with which direction one is moving. For example, if you have to move in the east direction, one has to move to that direction! Our free auspicious dates are for the next 30 days at: http://dates.geomancy.net

These are some considerations: 1. Please that note that generally, what you had attached for the layout or placement of the bed-head in the master bedroom is logical. 1.1. This would often be the position, when one walks into an empty room and visualise where we would "have to place the bed-head" irregardless of whether it fits the eight house theory (if any). 2. Thus, this is a fine example of: Shapes and Forms prevail over other matters. 3. Why "try to break a leg or arm" or place a square peg into a round hole? 4. Thus in my opinion, just go with THE FLOW.... 5. One must not forget... Feng Shui is one thing. Another consideration is human or man luck = feel good or r…

Frankly, there is no such thing as writing one liner and your answer(s) spring into action. Like all other disiciplines: you have to do or get someone to do it for you:- Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. In life, you have to go through a triage else might as well throw a dice or flip a coin.

  9. There is a free auspicious date report for the next 30 days. This free report is as it is. All the best in your marriage!

These are some considerations: 1. You wrote: The hallway door is facing my nice glass balcony one. 1.1. Without a photo, it is difficult to fully grasp this. As often, unless one is physically at the home/apartment; or at least see the layout out; 1.2. Harder here to understand what you mean. And also, how large is the "nice glass balcony" and whether you open it or slam shut it most of the time. 2. With all the haze around, one possibility could be the frontage could be "facing the street" view. 3. Other considerations include: if you always slam-shut your main door when at home; then this is highly unlikely to be your frontage.

These are some considerations: 1. As we all know, we live in a real world. 2. In real world situations, like you have discovered, there is no such thing as a PERFECT date. 3. Even for any home, there is really no such thing as a 100% perfect home. 4. Here, auspicious dates are considered as NICE-to have. And not a must-have. 5. Often, even choosing a date for two persons may be difficult. Not considering selecting dates for three or more persons. 6. In tradition, it is good to select a date that is auspicious for the breadwinner (usually the Male breadwinner). 7. And nowadays, it is nice to also consider auspicious date (IF possible) for the spouse - but again, it is NICE…

These are some of my opinions: 1. In my opinion, the greatest key success factor of activating a mountain is if invariably there is open space and perhaps a window or two or if it is a landed property the dining area opens to an (open) court yard. 1.1. Here, it is akin to e.g. the highest form of "pure luck". Be it a mountain or water wealth star. 1.2. Thus, if there is an opening of sorts like a window or an open court-yard, this is far better than anything else to enhance wealth position. 1.3 And if we do spent time at this area e.g. dining area with say an opening; then we are talking about achieving high marks in improving one's luck. 2. Thus, we are talking of very …

In general:- 1. In Feng Shui, the rationale why it is considered not good to have a door face another door. For example in the attached two illustrations: 2. Please see marking in red "A" and "B". In original attachment (Illustration 1) one can see that the two doors (marking A and B) are directly facing each other. 3. In common sense Feng Shui, just imagine two persons each at A and B standing and confronting each other. Thus, sounds like a fight during "High Noon". This is why some have "asked" to avoid this "confrontation" between those staying in each of the two bedrooms. Refer to illustration 2. 4. Frankly, I am not sure what you are getting at. 4.1. Firstly, if yo…

In my opinion, one can or may use a combination of : 1. Virtual water + activity: 1.1 Since this is the living room area; and if there are pocket(s) of opening e.g. When at home, try to see if it is possible to have such openings. For example, if the main door has an extra grille gate; can lick it and open the main door partially. 1.2 Continue to have activity at the living room area. 2. The most common advice is that of placing a water feature to activate the #8. Since this is the living room, it is/may be possible this year. 2.1. You have to make extra effort to properly understand the Five element concept. As other than the base star; water is good to reduce or negate …

These are some considerations: 1. Photo did not show out. 2. Please note that if the storm drain(s) are not covered; it also depends on the facing direction of the home. As this makes a difference if water should flow from right to left or left to right if it is "passing" thru the frontage.

  18. Started by myfs_75057,

These are some considerations: 1. Applying Flying Star is about looking at the big picture. First. 2. Where are the openings vs e.g. the plotted pie chart to see where qi most likely flow into the home or that sector. This forms the key ingredient in later seeing whether a cure can be put into place if any. 3. Frankly, I can't comprehend this statement: "The five element analysis (mountain vs water) result in earth 5 (inauspiciou) and" (?????)

  19. Started by myfs_150125,

    1. In my opinion, this is pure common sense. 2. For example, the sentences that you wrote already given the clues OR red flags: You wrote: I know that white is my best favourable colour based on 8 characters. However in recent reports it is said that people of MY BIRTH YEAR should wear black in 2013. How can I achieve the best colour for me in the new year? 3. I know a recent Women's publication and their web advertisement which I saw running in google ads linked to this forum gives a guide to what to wear. 4. These are some considerations: 4.1. The article is generalised for a typical animal sign. And it is based on one's year of birth only. 4.2. For example, I …

No offence, please. If qi can be clearly defined as splitting between an invisible line along a bed; this means also that "pigs can fly". Fortunately, you are (partially) correct to look at the worst and think of the bad numbers. However, as I had previously mentioned; if one were to apply Flying Star Feng Shui it is like an engineer or a technician using smoke to look at how an object behaves in a wind tunnel environment. (Again not exactly the same but...) One has to see where are the openings especially of importance are such things as the window(s) and even the room door. For example, the split personality bed and 5 1 2 lies close to the corner furthest away from the…

    1. In my opinion, the best way to approach such a question is to see if your question(s) is linked to any common sense (if any). 2. Customs and Beliefs 2.1. For example, the Chinese Cantonese dialect group dislikes number "4'. As when pronounced in Cantonese literally means "die" or "death". 2.2. This is pure common sense. And because the Cantonese don't really like number 4, it also affects some other Chinese thru intermarriage between Cantonese and other dialect groups or if the population by large is made up of Cantonese or Cantonese influence. 2.3. For example, Hong Kong besides Canton, China has the largest pool of Cantonese. And even in countries like Singapore …

  23. Thank you for sharing the photos. Frankly, I am not an expert in this area. My guess is this set should most probably made approximately in the early 1950's or after 1945 to between 1960's. This is a rather slim set of deites as opposed to (in my opinion) more recent ones after 1970's which are "fatter". Frankly not too sure about the price today. In Singapore, there are pockets of shops.

These are some considerations: 1. In my opinion, it is not practical to comment on a pure black and white (flat surface) outline. 2. As there are many serious considerations: 2.1. So what if it is facing a "river". 2.2 As if I am not mistaken, in a highly populated area(s) many rivers MAY not support life. Thus, is the river you mentioned full of "live" or full of those smelly pollutants or even raw sewerage? This outweighs any other considerations be it within or end of a jade belt etc.... 2.3 The terrain of your home vis-?-vis neighbourhood built ups and inclusive of drainage from the property + your property in relation to service road(s) or even cul-de-sac etc... 3. …

Usually, the two main components are looked at 6MS vs 9WS. 6 being Strong Metal and 9 being Strong Fire. Under the Five elements concept: http://www.geomancy.net/talknotes/talknotes.htm Under the destructive element or rather in this case, it should be known as "wealth creation": Fire melts metal to create wealth. As one school of thought also says: 3BS represents = Strong Wood; Wood supports fire, which melts Metal. It is acceptable to have YELLOW so that the entire "equation becomes a flow" where: Wood supports Fire, Fire supports Earth; and Earth supports Metal Here, Wood = 3BS; Fire = 9WS; Earth = Yellow and finally Metal = 6MS. The best or optimum flow is to add "wat…
