Edited by Robert: If you need someone to advise you on your office arrangement, it is best you seeka proper consultation service. This forum is only for advises on specific area or questions user have. As for arrangement of office, if you can of course you should arrange where you sit facing your good direction based on your eight house. The others would be the best flying star sector so as to obtain the best luck but that will need a detailed office analysis to be done before anyone can tell you what to do.

These are some considerations: 1. These concepts are considered as "nice-to" and not a "must-have" situation. 2. There are limits to specific concepts: http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Three-Step-Approach 3. In addition, in a holistic approach; and if one is e.g. looking at a full audit then:- The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!

  5. Dear Francesca, 1. Sorry for the delay. 2. Yes, even if your renovation is about to be completed soon or even completed; one can still truly beneifit from a full audit. 3. For those who are in the same shoes as you; I will tailor the audit with more inclination towards looking more into your Heaven Luck (Pillars of Destiny) with reference to each family member's Ba Zi traits, luck pillars and also into palmistry. 4. In fact, just last Sunday morning, I spent close to 3 hours just with the two couples. For weekends, or a full audit session, my timing is often two sessions: Morning Session: either 8.30am or 9.00am Afternoon Session: either 1.30pm or 2.00pm (depending on the…

  7. Hi master, want to get your opinion on these 3 units 237,239 and 219, which one has the best feng shui? All 3 units are south facing Unit 239 is facing the road as shown here: Unit 237's main door is facing the long corridor: Unit 219 does not have any of these issues: Is Unit 219 the best unit out of the 3 then? My Gua number is 7. Also is level 44 a bad feng shui number? Appreciate your input master.

Dear A J, Generally, IF the home is a Period 8 home, majority of SE facing homes have favourable Flying Star especially water star 8 at this sector. This is one consideration. Under the Eight House, it is best also to check the eight house influence in the master bedroom. Hopefully it is not you or your partner's disaster or death side. Alternatively, in Feng Shui, there is a possibility of tilting the main door towards a good facing direction. This is said to be "killing two birds" with one stone i.e. no longer face inauspicious direction and changed to a good favourable main door direction. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  10. Dear Anon, Yes, that is how you would superimpose the Eight House chart over your layout plan. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Anon, 1. Feng Shui is not like the latest US predator remote control plan or using Laplink file transfer. Or it cannot be like the use of PC anywhere or Carbon copy softer. Nor telnet or weblogin. 2. Your earth luck will be determined by where you stay most of the time. In your description, this is in City B. 3. In another example: If one owns two cars, the car that one drives will `influence one'. An Illustration: Volvo or Skoda? ================================ 4. For example, if a person happens to own a Volvo and another car e.g. Skoda; and happens to drive the Volvo at that time. Fortunately for the person, he was lucky as he survived e.g. a serious accident but…

Dear Mansi, It is best to you consult a Feng Shui master or you may have to "work hard" to digest and understand all the various Feng Shui concepts. For a start, you can try to generate the free Eight House report(s) for your family members. There are already quite alot of resources on this concept. Equally important are the : Shapes and Forms and Flying star Feng Shui. If you want to do it on your own, please note the saying " Rome is not built in a day". So, if you really want to pursue individually or D.I.Y., please make sure that you have a true understanding of all the concepts. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Ovidiu, Holistic Feng Shui takes into account many various factors which also includes the external environment. Primarily, a Feng Shui practitioner should use various tools or techniques to access the home. For example, often, most of us think that the most critical factor is the interior 4 walls of the home-itself. But a proper Feng Shui audit would include:- External environment assessment using Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: The landscape and the site The site and the building or home Here, both Shapes and Forms and Compass Schools: Eight House and Flying star is used. Thus, it would generally be naive for us to come to a complete conclusion after only using …

Dear Mei Ling, Please note that analysis done here are based on information provided and on Eight House so not every possible analysis may have been considered. However, based on the Eight House, North is Longevity for yourself and Irritation for your husband. Still generally ideal. But the house must contain a bedroom which is more suitable to your husband. For a more suitable direction would probably be South-West, where your husband will be having a better facing, and yourself Irritation might be better. This is because it is often good to give the breadwinner the better house suitability then the spouse. So generally, quite ok. Usually North and South facing house …

Dear Cecil Can you advise if it is really a taboo to have a bedroom that sits underneath 1) an antenna of a building? 2) watertank of a building? As the unit is on the highest floor, it is unavoidable to have these 2 above the bedrooms. What remedy can be taken? Thank you so much, Cecil.

  21. Hi Master Cecil Lee, We really need your help. We have a small old house, with kitchen located on the left of the house (entrance written on diagram below), with a very narrow nook at the back. We are not sure which one is the ideal kitchen layout for each water and fire element, in which position is the stove in commanding position? Also if using Option 1, supposedly stove could not face a door, but what if it's fixed window? If using Option 2, the stove is very near to the stair start. Really am seeking for your advice, really appreciate it!

Dear Anon, 1. Feng Shui is not a `cure all'. 2. A sensible approach is that unless the home has significant good Feng Shui; and if the buyer is wise about Feng Shui, we can bring up good points on the `Feng Shui' of the home. 3. But be careful! This is a double edged sword! Sometimes, the buyer may ask: why you say the Feng Shui is so good yet, one is relocating? The best answer is that one is `upgrading'. Otherwise, it is hard to buy such a story. 4. We therefore refer any of the above as " Earth luck ". 5. On a `Heaven luck' point of view, the other situation is to look at good dates that suits us e.g. auspicious dates. But, again, this is quite limited, since, often w…

Dear Anon, In my opinion, and in reality, there is not much under Feng Shui that can be used to speed up a sale. Usually, based on most frequent advise: 1. Where possible, clear out all rubbish in the home. For example, if the furniture or any cabinets are in bad condition or "rotten", make an investment to throw them away. 2. Always try to spent a little to repaint the entire home e.g. in a white coat of paint. 3. If the house is dirty, give it a major wash. Nowadays, because of the saturated market and if one's apartment is not near the mrt or good amenities, then, it is much harder to be sold. Warmest Regards, Cecil
