  1. Started by mehtakaushal,

Dear Kaushal, Currently, since this is period 7 (1984 to 2003), #7 is considered OK or acceptable. When one looks at a sector, I usually look at all three #'s (as u mentioned, the # on the right, the # on the left and the base no.). This is where, the mountain #, the water # is looked at in relation to the base no. Warmest Regards, Cecil

  2. Started by mehtakaushal,

Dear Kaushal, Flying Star cannot be analysed star by star. It should always be analysed as a combination of the two stars or best still the entire sector by itself. Often it is the 1-2-3, 6-2-4 etc, when the stars come together then you can analyse the whether they are auspicious and then provide a cure, activation etc to activate it etc. For example even if 8 mountain is not a bad star. However, if it comes with number 5 it becomes an inauspicious sector. But if it comes with 1 for example, it will be considered a little better. So if you only based on the star 8 and want to make activation etc without carefully considering the other stars in the sector you will only do…

Dear anon, Why don't you look at the sample of the good houses. It is the flying star chart. It will give you a rough idea of what to expect and then you can do a flying chart of your house and it will tell you the exact location where this star falls in your house and it will tell you how to neutralize it according to your pillar. Good luck!

Dear Amelia, Gua [Kua] numbers (or commonly known as Eight House or Ba Cai Feng Shui belongs to the Compass School of Feng Shui. Both Gua (Kua) and Flying Star belongs to the Compass School of Feng Shui. Frankly, there are quite alot of resources in this site as well as I believe many other sites on it. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: amelia seah wrote: Does the Kua number works with the Flying star or both latter works independently. I would like to know the flying star but how does this work?

Dear Emily, You can try to activate metal at this sector. Since this is the living room area, the most effective cure is to activate with a 6-hollow rod metal wind chime. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Emily Ho wrote: Dear Master Lee My living room has stars M3 W2 B8. I think #3 and #2 are giving me much trouble as there are quarrels going on. Please advise how to neutralise the above stars at my living room. SOS. Thank You Very Much Emily

  6. Dear Master Lee, could I please ask for the following advice about these stars? If the entrance has this combination stars (west entrance), what to do? If the master bedroom (west location, above entrance) has these stars, in combination, what to do? How bad is this and is there a way to solve this? Many thanks, Mel

Dear Anthony, Each person ba zi is unique. When what stars occurs will have different influence an impact. So not possible to just explain what each influence will be as each stars also have to depends in the Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branches of each pillar. Generally, for such stars, the most useful of which are the Nobleman, Arts, Academicstars which are what most people will look for to tell you if a person is very fortunate or not. This is because, the presence of such stars especially nobleman will mean that this person is extremely fortunate as no matter what happens always people will be around to help him/her when in need. Some of the other stars such as death…

Dear Anon, Please go thru the attached chart. This chart shows that person should preferably not register a business in his name especially if he intends to go into business in the year 2027. This is only a sample chart shows not only is the person's 10-year big luck is against the person but also overall luck as inauspicious period. With a weightage score of -22, -26, -24 as very inauspicious periods. These are the people who, where possible should not register a business under their name. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Yoke Yeen, 1. Frankly, from a micro perspective of a condo (the site itself) there are always good units that have excellent / good or favourable qi. But other units may have less or unfavourable qi. This is often applicable to all developments - large or small. 2. From the fact that you have brought up the prison, plus many others have brought up this "issue", would suggest that there are more people who may just don't like the idea of living close to or facing or looking at the prision (since some units have such a view). 3. Under Para 2, these are not directly Feng Shui related, but rather affect our human component ie. our "feel good or feel bad factor". If ou…

Thanks Cecil. Drier skin isn't something I had thought of. I'll check into it. I've also heard that some people use copper or other metals to help with these types of things, but I can't find which kind to try. The shocks are quite bad (and painful). Grounding does help but isn't always easy to do (esp when petting an animal). Food is another interesting one. I'll start keeping track of when the shocks get worse. Thanks, MaryAnne

  15. Dear Anon, Thanks for bring up this question. This morning, I have just taken a digital photo of the frontage of the Bank of India with the statues of two lions on both sides of the main entrance. Although, I have not taken a compass reading of the entrance; it is I believe facing South. (Definitely not West). There is no evidence to suggest that lion statues must face West. There are many buildings in Singapore with the lion statues and I do see them at the main entrance of buildings or shop front and again, they are not `West' facing. More importantly they are to be placed at both sides of the main entrance. Once I drawn the map of the location and the direction of the…

Dear Anon, Recently, there are quite alot of discussions on statues and objects. For those who have been in this forum for quite sometime will know that I am going to say that this is related to Chinese beliefs. Some may not even be Chinese beliefs but believes of various people or simply decorative art works. The most common statues found outside Chinese buildings or homes are a pair of lions on each side of the main entrance. It is common to find these statues nearly everywhere. It can be at the main entrance of a restaurant or at the stairs leading to the restaurant. It is found outside Chinese shops and buildings. If one looks at the statute carefully, it is standing …

Dear Gabby, In my opinion, the most important thing in living in a college apartment is not so much of the utilization of "Feng Shui" but rather, the positive approach you take towards your college studies, relationship with teachers, friends and most importantly, your studying `techniques'. This is because a small room basicially have very little effect (other than psychological) in your life. What is most important is not to feel distracted when you `study' or do your assignments. As your room becomes either a place of activity (studying and doing assignments) and on the other hand, for sleep, both Yin (sleep and quite activity) and Yang (study, wake up etc)... comes in…

  19. Dear Josephine, In such cases, I am sure that besides the unsuitability to the house, there must also be some flying star problems. You mentioned, that the bedroom is in the East. There is inauspicious star there at least until 1 Feb 2003. I am not sure what other stars are in the sector, but you should fix up the flying star problems. Probably my guess is that there are also inauspicious 5/2 in the base star as well. These problems together will usually create such problems as Health. URL: http://www.geomancy.net/products/recommend-solutions/so-health.htm Since you cannot move out, check whether you can do one or two things. 1. See if you can change rooms with your roo…

  20. Sample attachment also shows that if there is a corridor leading especially to bedrooms e.g. master bedroom etc.. then it is best also that the partition does not "slice" this passage way.

Dear John, john lee wrote: What's your advice for residences near the sea. For eg, Jalan Loyang Besar (across Pasir Ris Park)? Fengshui wise and 'common sense' viewpoint in light of a possible big quake/tsunami? Thanks Generally, under feng shui four symoblic animal concept. A house is always good to have water or clear space at the frontage. While the back of the house should be supported by a mountain. So if you do not consider any other factors (such as flying star, or house facing suitability etc). Then any house that you can have water frontage is always deemed a good choice. Dear Wilson, The day of the Heavenly Stem is the stem which determines your ba zi element. It will not change under any combination. ie. if the Heavenly Stem is Wood, but a combination between Day and Month changes both element of the Day and Month to Fire, your birth element is still Wood. However, how weak or strong your Wood is will be affected by the various changes in the five element that are found in your chart. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Jojo, Under the Shapes and Form School, this is inherent with the unit i.e. you cannot do much here other than to balance the `yin' aspect to make the location more bright `yang' due to the lower level housing. Other than the above, more investigations can be done using the Flying Star to analyse the birth chart of the house. This is not compulsory. Warmest Regards, Cecil
