These are some considerations: 1. When we reference a home with compass directions; and if one is trying to apply a Feng Shui concept to this; 2. Then, the Compass School of Feng Shui comes into mind: Eight House concept and Flying Stars 2.1. Eight House concept to find or nice-to have one's head sleep facing a good direction and if possible sectors that are favourable to the person. 2.2. In your case, when applying traditional Feng Shui = Flying Stars; determine or confirming that the facing direction may be actually West sitting East. And in addition, find out whether it is a W1, W2 / W3 facing and which period it is in. 3. Then plot the flying stars and applying this c…

These are some considerations: 1. It is best to do a scientific triage. 1.1. What you mentioned is based purely on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. In order?to apply this properly, if the evaluator is not on the ground to study the situation; sometimes : a photo tells a thousand words. 1.2. This is because, sometimes contrary to a lay person; what you had described: the wall at the front entrance; this may not even be the "FRONTAGE" under both Shapes and Forms and?Flying Stars Feng Shui. 1.2.1 Especially if the house opens to a beautiful "backyard" etc... So you may in fact be describing about the "rear of the house" instead. 2. Flying Star Feng Shui can zoom in on areas…

  4. These are some considerations: 1. Distance of the neighbouring roof-line to your home. The further the better. 2. Openings of your home vs this roof-line: 2.1. If the roof-line is close to the top-half of your window opening i.e. when one stands inside your home window looking at the roof-line; and it is above eye level; this is a sigh of relief. 2.2. Draw the day curtain closed. As the day curtain at this position; is considered as a shield.. if one cannot exactly see the "threat" it is no longer .... Day curtain also provide natural filtered light into the room...

This is under the category of "symbolism" in Feng Shui. And nice-not to have the WC sharing the same wall as the stove. In many of the write-ups of uncompleted condo units: I have also noticed and highlighted that it is "nice-not-to" have the wc sharing the same wall as the stove especially if they are directly next-wall to each other.

Frankly, all the various practitioners/master who use TIME ZONE or LOCATION factors, are modern changes avocated by modern practitioners. There is no such calculation when Ba Zi was invented in China. 2. The only method that is technically correct is to apply the LOCATION factor to the Chinese Lunar Calendar. Even this has two issues:- a) Even 0.01 degree off either the latitude and/or longtitude, will make a major change to your ba zi chart. This 0.01 degr…

If you have the time, you can consider going to this thread to have a better understanding of the "facing direction/main door" of a stack/unit in ahigh-rise building:- An appreciation of the term "Facing direction/main door":- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=33246&new=

  14. Feng Shui like many other disciplines; have a macro and micro view. The macro scope can be:- 1. The Landscape 2. The site 3. The building or the home. Thus more often, the above three are equally important as the interior of a home. Therefore, Feng Shui cannot live in isolation without the surroundings. 4. The home interior:- 4.1. When planning a home, Feng Shui is looked at in it's entirety. 4.2. What you are looking at or consider looking at is MICRO-Feng Shui of say one or two rooms. Feng Shui can do so.

  15. So sorry, this is beyond this forum. As lots of time and effort needs to determine, plot, review If Feng Shui is to be applied correctly, one has to plot the Flying Stars and try to either disarm the bad stars or enhance the sectors. For lawsuits: if one can determine correctly the bad flying star number(s) especially: #3, one can use or place a 24 hours light at that specific sector to disarm it. Thus if there are any imbalances in your home; the Flying stars are often used. Your personal kua number: has more to do with how suitable the home; namely your best directions.

Frankly, there is no hard-coded rule for this. In my opinion, there were many or lots of instances where the day is not auspicious for that partner e.g. hubby. The hubby could come in an hour later on the same day. Alternatively, there were instances where this same hubby comes in only after the full procedure has been carried out by his wife.

Frankly, if one has close relationship with one's brother and sister; then; in my opinion there is no "ill" attached to such gifts even it is during the CNY period. In fact, it is also good for the enviroment; ie. active recycling. Often, many parents would be very glad especially to get hand-me downs especially for their growing children from relatives, cousins and even friends. Under this category; some parents appreciate this very much as often their growing child grows fast and cannot wear them anymore. Furthermore, many feel that such clothings are even more comfortable to wear etc... Thus rather than be concerned; some of us wish we have such a brother and sister..…

Usually, the Flying Star number(s) of a sector is analysed. However, if this is not done; then try to go for neutral colours like beige (cream),grey orbrown or mostly pastel colours. For bright colours like RED, BRIGHT YELLOW or GREEN; if not sure try to stay clear of these - if possible.

    1. In GENERAL, based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, such layout are often avoided as the unit is not as rectangular with triangles and points. 2. I happy to see that although the above is not as good; fortunately, all three bedrooms are rectangular in shape. And only the non-living areas such as kitchen / store are not rectangular. 3. To improve Feng Shui there are the common?factors to consider:- 3.1. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. 3.2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. 3.3. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!

  20. Frankly, it is best to clarify with the site or person who has provided you with the information. In general, a ba zi does have some indications of whether a person can migrate or not. In the sample illustration... I have produced Page 1 of 9. And in the 2nd attachment Page 9 under item I. Possible Migration / Change of location luck in such a ba zi report.

Please refer to my last posting. It is best to check back with the person whom you have consulted. As this involves someone has to make an effort to prepare and analyseone's birth-date etc.. For example, your posting is identical to similar to these:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage You question is like: you skipped the triage and run in to see a doctor. And the question asked is: How am I? You have skipped: the nurse section where often, the nurse would find out more and do some tests like taking the temperature and/or check blood sugar levels and/or get some blood samples for testing. One can't just skip all these and ask: How I am? My advice is; since …

    1. If one has the time, one should understand this time-tested approach. And it originated from the medical field:- Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. 2. Many other disciplines also have to apply this. 3. In a recent posting; one can see two worked Feng Shui charts. And often "no pain - no gain". 3.1. Often, a chart takes as much as4 hours to prepare, evaluate and provide recommendations. Be it a DIYer or a professional studying and working out the colour details. http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=35094&new= 4. The other wayis via another time testedby instincts: if one wants to dispense with the above then…

These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location. 1.1. A major key success factor is location, location and location. This should be the most important consideration, first. 1.2. In addition, the saying "A picture (or photo) tells a thousand words. All text... difficult to visualise". Sometimes, it is good to take a look at each layout plan: how rectangular or whether there are missing corners or whether where are the toilets vis a vis the main entrance or frontage etc... 1.3. Thus, in my opinion; with the limited information that you provided; it is not ideal to say A or B is better for both persons. 1.4. Another scientific guideline of applying t…
