Dear Anon, Is it possible for you to sketch your layout plan using a paint program and attach as either e.g. .gif or .jpg as it is quite difficult to understand the text sketch although you had taken much time in drawing it. This was the reason, I opened your message several times, wanted to review your message but could not comprehen with the lack of a proper layout sketch. Warmest Regards, Cecil

I am involved in a new apartment launch and sadly there is hardly any sales. Is there any prayers needed to be done? Should i knock the doors of the showflat before we begin sales? It is very strange that the price is reasonable but there is hardly any sales.

Dear Brandi, Feng Shui is not a mircle cure all. In your case, you should go for medical science iemedical nicotine patch and family pressure etc. These will work much better in this case. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear David, Please see below:- This is because, firstly, many of the theories relate to : The Five elements concept. And this concept is not directly linked to the use of a compass. Even in the compass school of Feng Shui, there should not be a difference between the north and southern hemispheres. One of the main reasons is because, no matter where we are (especially up to as far as Australia or down under, the magnetic north is currently at the north pole. But however, many scientists are now ringing in alarm bells to say that the magnetic field is weakening in the last few decades and in the past, there was such thing as an entire swop of compass direction i.e…

Dear Anooja, Frankly, there are many concepts in Feng Shui, so it is ultimately important to understand which one is more important for what situation. 1. Most important for a house is to fix all poison arrows (sha qi) usually the shapes and form concept. 2. Try to balance up all Flying Star inbalances in the house. 3. Try to ensure that colour scheme are suitable to person sleeping in that bedroom, but at the same time colours to be extra careful are like Wood / Earth colours which may inadvertantly activate the bad flying stars. 4. Of course it is ideal to harmonise all the cures, but certain cures takes priority helps you know when to do what. If you follow the a…

Dear Mabel, It is best to investigate your interior office (qi) based on the office main entrance NW3. As this is often, the qi flow into the 2nd floor. If only, is much bigger, and closer to the passage-way, you could investigate it. But, since, you mentioned that it is a small business, and if it is not close to the main entrance or lobby or has it's own door at main lobby, but rather, need to enter the office via, NW3, then, in my opinion, NW3 should be used, here. Warmest Regards, Cecil I So which correct Appreciate your Regards

Dear Malia, 1. There are some examples of bedroom layouts under this url: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-bedroom.htm 2. `Uncurable or fatal situations' are (for example):- 2.1 a bedroom directly below a toilet. 2.2 Bed-heads should preferably rest along a support wall. There should not be a situation where there are windows all round a bedroom. 2.3 it is preferred not to have beams over the bed (can be curable thou). 2.4 Windows above the bed - can still be curable. So far, I can think of some of the above situations may make the bedroom less favorable. 3. Many bedrooms have attached bathrooms. And although this may not be ideal, but it can be `curable'. …

  12. Hi Master Lee, we have just rentedan end-terracehouse. We didn't have much choice or time as my husband left it to the last minute to view houses, despite my advice. However the house itself seems to be quite okay. Very new (about 2 years old), spacious, and the atmosphere around the place seemsokay - children often seen playing in the outdoor compound and their laughter can be heard. There is a factory located on the right hand side of our property, if you're standing at the front door facing outwards. We found out today that the factory actually repairs industrial air compressors - long, air-filled cylinders of air are stacked up on the factory premises, although that…

Hi ! I would like to improve the feng shui of my home (especially the career aspects) but the floor plan is very unusual and I really don't know how to place the bagua map or the adjustments I would have to make... As you can see on the map, my front entrance is at the end of a long and isolated corridor, and the door is tilted towards the exterior of the apartment. Thus, if I align the bagua map with the door, almost all of my apartment would be outside of it. How should I place the bagua map ? What would you recommend ? Thank you so much for your help ! 15. Dear AC, 1. As mentioned in my previous message, it is generally considered as a leak i.e. especially if the WC /sewerage line is found at the frontage toilet. But if the toilet has a half-bathroom i.e. generally only for bathing or shower, and no WC, then, it is a non-issue. 2. Be-careful of where the Grand Duke location is and also the 2nd direction of where not to renovate the home during this lunar year of the monkey: Do check that the renovation works should not be carried out at either: 1. West-South-West at 240 degrees 2. South If you are doing the renovation works for next Rooster Year 2005, then these locations are taboo:- A. West at 270 degrees or B. East…

Dear Anon, 1. You will first have to identify where is your major leaks first. A. Is it a problem with your heaven luck (ba zi) which is in a very bad 10-year/5-year/year? B. Is the problem because of your Earth Luck (house feng shui)? The reason I ask this is because unless you know where the problem is from, it is hard for anyone to advice you on what you can do. 2. If it is your ba zi, then it could mean that say if you are a weak Wood person, you have nearly everything in your live which is against you, ie a unfavourable element house (ie Metal - West facing house), a career such as Metal (Finance), and very bad ba zi luck period. If this is the case, then yo…

Edited by Robert: Please be advised, that usually such placement of like water feature/altar/prayer roomrequire us to do a review of the house flying star etc before we can tell you where it can be placed. Without that, we will not be able to tell you whether or not it is a good to place, as if you place it wrongly, you might have problems instead. So probably my advise here is for you to get someone to assess your home and make the recommendation for you after your home is fully assessed. I am born in 19/11/1955 . I just completed my new house and the main door is facing South East . This is facing a small hill with houses on top that is whyI do have another door &a…

Dear Susan, Since you do not have furniture inside, then perhaps, see if the external landscape looks appealing or `clean'. As you had mentioned, the `first' impression of the front of the home is important. Often, Feng Shui is not meant to sell a property. But most people like: convenience (to work/schools/markets etc). And, likewise, $$$ plays an important part of the attractiveness of a home for a buyer. And if a home has good Feng Shui, such as open space and friendly, FS interior, hopefully, some clients may appreciate this. Wishing You all the best in selling your home! Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Nghe Kwang, You may like to consider applying flying star feng shui to check on these two locations. As mentioned, in previous messages, your "Cai Wei" or wealth position can either be the activation of either a mountain or water star in particularly for period 8 star 8. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Happy New Year! Master Lees Just generated the house report. Notice our common study room at West with ms8 ws 6 bs 9 yr 2 is rated Excellent Sector for 2009. Do u think we could put our girl do her study here?Presently her bedroom cum study is at Northwest(her spook direction). The other bedroom at East (her excellent direction) is our Masterbedroom. My concern is also that the Maindoor at SW2 is her disaster direction and West sector is her Worst direction!! PS: She is strong metal and her room walls are painted medium green. Her desk facing east and sleep at north direction. She commented that at times she needs to get out of room and do her study at our dinning area…

  24. Dear Anon, 1. Before actually answering your question, I think you first need to know about the difference between the 20-year, yearly and monthly. a. 20-year Base Star - Gives you the permanent influence of that sector depending on when your house was built. b. Yearly Star - Gives you the influence of the Yearly star changes which only impacts that particular year. c. Monthly Star - Gives you the influence of the Monthly star changes which impacts that month. Once you understand this, you will then know that priority is to always fix up the 20-year base star as this impacts the long term. The Yearly only shift some luck slightly for the better or worst. Usually to make i…

Dear Sean, Frankly, although many of us would like to feel that we had consulted someone to give us advise on what type of fish to rear. But ultimately, often based on man-factors, it is much better for us to appreciate what fish we personally would like to rear. This is because, often, if we notice carefully, many who rear fish as a hobby - will last longer than those "told" to rear fishes. Perhaps, this is why, hobbists enjoy more, and appreciate more of fishes. And this has to do also with an element of man-luck factors. Rather than forced to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil I also read Regards, Sean
