  1. Referring to the Seletar Springs Condominium, the roofs are pointed. Does this mean they belong to the fire element? If so, whatgroups of people (i.e. strong earth, strong metal, etc)aresuited to this type of house? http://www.singaporeexpats.com/singapore-property-pictures/condo/seletar-springs-condominium.htm

Dear Mr Cecil Lee, I would like to ask you a question regarding my suitable business type. I was born on the 4th of October 1979, at 4 am. Generated from the Ba Zi report, my element is wood. Does that mean that my suitable line of business should involve the water element? Please give some examples... Thank you very much. Regards Steph

Hi Alice, If I am able to know what element you are (and also with info from below)then I can tell you whether your job suits you. FYI, the job you mention does belong to the wood industry too (especially if you handle alot of paperwork). Penny --- free-advice Listmanager wrote: > From: "Tan Alice"

    1. The professional approach is more than the simplistic view that since the home is facing "south-east"; it DOES NOT automatically mean that the best colour(s) is GREEN (SE = wood). 2. For example, most of the professional Feng Shui practitioners apply Flying Star Feng Shui. And if a SECTOR of a home does have a #3; this represents "BAD WOOD". And anything associated with green such as GREEN colour or green plants is considered inauspicious, here. 3. Thus the notion that SE = Wood, West = Metal, North = Water is too simplistic and often unfortunately, considered as "Kindergarten Feng Shui". 4. Traditionally professional Feng Shui practitioners would first look at Para…

Hello Mr. Lee! I would like to ask you, which do you think are the most suitable dates for: 1) Collecting and storing our old (2018) feng shui therapies. 2) "Big Cleaning" before new year enters in February 5th, 2019. 3) Placing the cleansed / new therapies for 2019. Which is the method to figure out the above dates for each year ahead? Thank you very much!

    1. Further to what I had mentioned, simply just look at this attached pdf file: Sample Male person. In the above file, go to Page 4:- This sample persons best sleeping directions are:- Between: North (337.5 to 22.4) = Health South-East (112.5 to 157.4) = Longevity And his Best work or study directions are:- Between: E ast (67.5 to 112.4) = Excellent South (157.5 to 202.4) = Prosperity 2. Essentially, it is good to plot a Flying Star Chart in addition to the Ranking(s) I mentioned in the last recent message. To see which facing direction has a better Flying Star chart - especially for professional Feng Shui - assessment.

We plan to purchase a North facing house, period seven, with combination 10 chart. My husband (breadwinner)has birth elementStrong Metal. My birth element is Weak Water. He is an East person, and I am a West person, so our auspicious sectors are opposite. In the house in question, the master bedroom will be in his Death sector, unfortunately. Normally, I wouldn't even consider the house based on that, but the overall luck of the house and all the other sectors he'd spend most time in are in auspicious locations (Study, Kitchen, Family Room). Additionally, we can place the bed facing in his Health Direction and sector of the bedroom. The bedroom will by my Prosperity l…

Further to what I had mentioned, you check out a sample of how an indiviual's ba zi has been derived on their career perspectives. Under this attachment, go to Pages 39 to 41. In this example, this person is considered as a Strong Fire person. Thus he has specific careers relating to his "weath" or "power and authority" or careers that are so-so.

Dear Anon, Overall, there are many other considerations in analysing the home: 1. Shapes and Form School. Where possible, the home conforms to many of the good factors of the Shapes and Form theory. I know there are many. But in `defensive' FS, try to see if the house is a whole house e.g. few or no missing corners. In addition, check to see where the toliet locations are. They should not be located at the main entrance etc... 2. In terms of suitability of the house, yes, try as possible for it to be `suitable' to the breadwinner (usually it should be your husband). However, as mentioned under para 1, Shapes and Form can make or break, the luck of the house. 3. If the hou…

Dear Master Lee, Thanks for your clarification. It has been bothering me for the past few years. As a matter of fact, I have moved from Malaysia to HK for work and feeling settled now and have become PR (more than 7 years). Well, I am not sure if it suitable to use the word "emigrate" because the distance is not really far anyway. For the past few years, things have been "so-so" - not really bad, and not extremely good. From time to time, I will think of the statement that person made stating that my "BA ZI" will not "allow" me to stay overseas. I have been working hard and try not to relate any negative stuffs with that "statement" he made. Thanks GOD I found your web an…

  20. Dear Pam, A ditch is considered as drainage in a home. And should not be confused with the "water-on-mountain" theory such as whether it negates the sum-of-ten or not. What above means is that simply any water feature (not ditch) found on a mountain star particularly under this Period 8 : Mountain Star #8 (current prosperity) or Mountain Star #9 (future prosperity). In particular if "water-is-on-this-mountain" water on #8 location, then this will affect one's lottery, human relationship / networking luck. For a water star #8 it refers to earned luck and general prosperity of a home. In your case, it is best to look at the Chinese compass school of whether there is ac…

Dear Paris, Please see below:- If this intelligent child has good resources such as good family bonding and relatively good access to external (inputs), the child is sure to either top his class or futher pursue an excellent career in the near future. While a normal child, could perhaps be like drawing parallel to a normal home without a sum-of-ten. In both cases (in the above both the intelligent child and the normal child) has to interact with their external environment. And the key to the Flying star Feng shui is that it is not -static but is based on time-dimensions. This is akin to the parallel with the external environment. Thus it is good to have a sum-…

  22. Dear Pam, Frankly, whether which is better, will depend on which chart will better fit the house. For example, if you have double 8 at the main door or facing direction, obviously this would be most ideal. But if your double 8 occur in the toilet location, then it isn't as beneficial. Same goes for the sum of ten. If the sum of ten occurs at a main door or facing direction, obviously this will be good. If both occur at the best location, then probably double 8 would be better as this is the reigning period 8 so it is the best stars to have at the frontage. Sum of Ten would not be as good as a double 8. But as mentioned, these beneficial stars must occur at the righ…

  24. Hi, I just entered my birth details on your Free Personal Ba Zi / Feng Shui Element Report and it showed inauspicious overall luck for my entire productive life. Literally from the age of 20 to 80 (which is pretty much the age of someone's entire life). I only have good luck at the age of 90 to 100 Does that mean I have a really bad bazi chart and life would generally be unlucky?

  25. Dear Merklein, It is a good idea to `fill' in the `missing corner'. Where possible, top down (aerial view) it should end up as a `complete' rectangle if you can. The alternative is to have a `boundary', top down again (aerial view) one can see the outline of a rectangular plot/area of the house. You can extend the living room to the `sun-room'. But make sure: 1. You should not in anyway `chop' off the head of the house (if the house has a head shaped profile). You can do any renovations on the `body' of the house. 2. The extension should not make the `head' of the house in disproportionate or the `head' of the house becomes `heavy'. The `head' refers usually to the fron…
