Hello! I recently read the book: Move your Stuff, Change your life, How to use Feng Shui to get love, money, respect, and happiness" by Karen Rauch Carter, and am excited to apply the principles that I learned in the book to my room. The problem I have is this: I have a large picture window on one wall, a closet on antoher wall that has a bathroom behind it, two small windows on another wall and that last wall is parallel to the door. I'm trying to find the best place to put my bed, tv, and computer. I also have a desk and three bookcases to put in the room too. I know the windows and the wall parallel to the door makes me putting the bed there to be a bad idea. Any…

Hi I am building a house and have chosen a blue colour bond metal roof. As i understand a blue roof represents water and is bad. I am unable to change the colour at this stage and would like to know how to balance it out if i can at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Master Would appreciate your guidance on the following:- 1. Is there any cure for a plot of land that is wider in front and narrower at the back? The land is facing E and sitting W, so the whole of SW is missing. The house is built right in front of the land. This is because it is on a crescent. 2. Dear FS Master, May I know is it a bad placing of furniture of the below situation related to Feng Shui or Common sense 1) Closed cabinet shoe rack (not the open rack type) not suitable to be place near the main door. 2) Closed cabinet shoe rack (not the open rack type) not suitable to be placenearthe altar (Buddha or Kwan Ying) although there is a gap of 9-10 inch in between. Dear Masters As indicated by Master Cecil some time ago, the units #20 and 21 of Block 90 are the best units in Lakeholmz. I noticed that these units are actually east-west facing where the living room windows face east and the afternoon sun is directly at the main entrance. Does this then affect the feng shui of these flats?

Dear Master, In many fengshui books, there is always mention of pillars and its problems. But how do we define pillar? On the left of attached photo is how my office building looks externally. I have marked an arrow pointing at something which looks like a pillar. The right photo shows what is behind the circled portion of the left photo. This is essentially a corridor and my office main door is facing the said wall (the red arrow points to my main door). Hence is it harmful or harmless that my office main door is facing this piece of wall? Especially if it seems to darken my stretch of corridor? Please advise, thank you. Regards, Sean

Dear Master, I read in a Flying Star Feng Shui book by a famous author that you can change the Flying Star natal chart of the house by remodeling. i.e. if you have a house that is built in period 5, you can change the house into a period 7 (if remodeled in period 7) or period 8 (if remodeled in period 8) house by putting in new roof and new carpeting or flooring. Thus the old house would have a new natal chart in the remodeled year instead of original built year. Is this a valid statement? Hi Mr Lee, I live in a flat with my mother. I suspect that there is a toilet above my bedroom. At night i would hear smallnoises from above me, people clicking on and off the light, as if they are in a toilet or bathroom. My life has been a very very unhappy one. I can't find a job. Dear Master Cecil I need some help in the fengshui layout of my house. As I'm new in fengshui. How do I place my compass to find which direction of my house in NSEW? Whose date of birth should I consider? The room layout do I stand at the entrance of the room door to find which direction of NSEW of the room to place my bed. the hallway in our property has the flying star combination of 7-6, 7 being the Earth star and 6 being the Facing Star. I read that 7-6 indicates potential robberies, loss, theft. based on our free analysis. southwest is our disaster and spook direction but our master bedroom is located there. and our bed (head) is also pointing southwest! if we arrange it to : 1) bed (head) pointing south - the bed head will lean on the window. 2) pointing north - the bed will be beside the door. and pointing east is impossible as there is a cabinet. any cure?

I have looked over the charts several times and can't figure out where to place anything. We have windows on 2 walls, a door on another and the 4th wall is just not big enough to place our bed. also we have bedroom furniture passed down from my husbands side of the family with huge mirrors that no matter where they are positioned face the bed. I removed the television and book shelf from our room but that was about the only thing that I was able to do.
