Dear Fred, Usually, it is best to leave it to fate for a baby to be born. In cessarian birth, where the date and time can be predicited, this is still possible. Currently, it is possible to generate a pillars for each date (time would have to be predeterimined each day or left out) but, personally, I do not have the time to generate and analyse on this. Dear Anon, We live in a real world and if we like in a studio apartment, we should not worry unduly about its effect on Feng Shui. You can still apply Feng Shui concepts: 1. Ideally, if the entire studio apartment is one open area, we can artificially provide sections e.g. between the kitchen and say the living room or the bedroom, have a `partition' such as an eating counter etc.. 2. It is not like a wind tunnel experiment etc... 2. I have ever come across, some innovative people in Hong Kong, who had created a Qi `detector '. Dear Anon, Please see below:- It is still acceptable to have water at the East in a very general sense. A more professional approach is to extend the Flying Star of the house, and map it over this area. More importantly check that there are no imbalances with water at the east. For example, if the sector is already `full' of water element, this is no good. Alternatively if that sector needs more water element, then water outside this area is good.
