Hello Master Lee, We are moving into a new home in June and also starting new careers - both me and my husband. Both ourKua no. are 4 Our main bedroom lies in the eastern section of the housewith the rooms doorwaynorth. On the nothern wall of the room there are built in cupboards and on the east and southern walls windows - That leaves me with the west wall to place my bed. Yet the door opens right onto the bed! Should I rather place the bed on the eastern wall andhang a crystal, or keep the window closed with curtains? I have two rooms in the SW section which I want to change into a daycare for children - yet all flying star matters on the internet advise against it?…

Mr. Lee, I ama little concerned about a move my co-workers are about to do. I work with 2 other people in one office. Right now, I am facing my prosperity direction (NW) and great things have happened since I've been in this office. Now we are moving to another office and I've been designated to sit at a desk that faces south - my bad direction. What can I do? If I move the desk so it faces the door, I would be facing East - the worst direction (death), so I have to face south, but the door would be on my left. I've already asked if I can move to the desk that faces NW, but the guy doesn't want to give it up. Is there anything I can do to make this better? Thanks, Valer…

In modern highrise living, the "main door" of an apartment unit is often just a means to get in and out of the house and nothing more.It is kept shut most of the time, and may even be located at the "back" next to the kitchen.Often, there is also no "back door".Would it be more logical then to assume the balcony, with its sliding window or door as the "main door"?

Hey everyone, im a teenager who has no say on how the rest of my house is arranged, but i would still like to make use of feng shui within my bedroom, so if you could perhaps provide some advice, some links to information, or anything you think would be helpful, i would appreciate it! More specifically, should i treat my room as just a single entity, or should i divide it into sectors? Also, should i make use of true compass directions, or is the wall with my bedroom door automatically considered 'north'? Any advice is welcome!

Master Lee, I just moved to a new office building. We all have cubicles. The problem is, there are overhead beamsholding light fixtureshung fromtheceiling, one is cutting directly on top of my head where I am sitting. As I can't move to another cubicle, what can I do about this overhead hanging beam? Also, aside from working hard, what are good feng shui practices to gain career recognition or promotions or to keep away from office politics. Kind regards, Anon

My living room and dining room have beams going across the ceilings. The ceiling is quite low. My house faces the SE, and has a large river flowing from the East to the West. I have large picture windows opening up to view the river and the hills on the other side. I live on a hillside. The back of the house faces the hillside and is North/North West. There is a long cutout in the front of the house allowing the front door to open in the center of the house the door faces East. My mother lived here for 30 years (house built in 1964), she never accumulated any wealth. I am afraid this will happen to me. (I have a home office here and have just become aware of Feng Shui.) W…

Hi, I need some help in kick starting the FS at home, as I encounter some problems. ( please see attached, the layout plan) 1. Determining the main door. I have 2 doors, 1 the main door, which I use to enter the house and the other a sliding door that leads to the the PES. The main door is kept close most time, where else the sliding door always open. I reckon this is where the chi and light is entering the house. In this case, which should I consider as my main door? 2. I cannot locate the centre of the house, as you can tell the build in area is not a regular shape. Thus I am not quite able to determine the facing of the door. 3. Given the missing corner, h…

Hello I am starting a new business and just rented a office space facing NW2. It is a period 6 building but the unit has been vacant for more than 1 year. I would like to know if I should use period 8 for the natal chart. The front door would be inNW with a ws 8 and the back of the office would be ms 8 in SE. Am I right to say this would be an ideal office? Are there anything I should look out for or should do to enhance the wealth creation of this business? Thank you very much for your help.

Dear Cecil, The NW sector of my house layout is partially missing. Whatever is left are where the toilet bowls are. How badly is this going to affect me as my kua no. is 7? My wife's kua no. is 4. What can I do to remedy this? The North sector is where part of my fridge and (hidden) washing machine are and part toilet where the sinks and shower areas are. I understand that this sector will affect our career and income. What can we do here to improve our career and income luck? Then, there is a very puzzling doubt. We had placed a square indoor pond in the SE sector, left side of main door (South) since we moved in. Not only did it not bring us wealth, we were almostsu…

I've been reading a book on Feng Shui, and it has me interested in changing my whole room up, problem is, i can't afford to buy ANYTHING for my room on my budget, that and i don't want to add anything, i just want all the things i have. also with the restrictions of the place i live, i can't really change anything , the worst is i can't paint anything, so the room has to stay wood (ick) everything i own is wood, and i have so much stuff it's cluttered. do you think it would be bad if i put my bed in the closet? that is the only place where it won't be in the way of everything else....

Dear Cecil or Robert: I'm house hunting. The period-7 house I saw today has the front door located in the SW1sector which is my best direction according to the house hunting report (moutain 7, water 7, base 4). It has two levels. 1) The center of the house on the main floor has clear space. But right below it on the lower level is the utility room (where the hot water tank, furnace etc... are located). Is this good or bad? 2) Right below the front door is the bathroom (on the lower level). I know the bathroom above the front door is bad, but what about below the front door? Is that bad also? 3) The master bedroom is in the East sector which is my death direction accor…

I seem to be having bad luck especially relating to disputes and arguments whenever I spend time in the master bedroom located in the SW corner of the house. There is a large fireplace and mirrored closet doors. The bedroom has no windows and several doors: door to hallway, double glass patio doors, and door to attached bathroom. What is the best remedy for the fireplace? I tried placing a rose quartz tree in front of the fireplace, however, it seemed to be making the situation worse. The fireplace is quite large.

Dear Master Lee My living room has stars M3, W2, B8, Yr 6. I have a fish tank put at the corner of this sector. Please advise if this is appropriate. Although there is no W8, can I enhance B8, Yr6 in the presence of M3 and W2? Next year when Yr 6 no longer there, must I remove the tank? Thank You Very Much for your kind assistance. Paris Yahoo! Who can give me some good advice. My house's front door is at the south and the backdoor at the North. I live here with my son (30-01-1991), his number is 1, mine 9 (02-09-1967). The only place for his room is at the west side of the house. How can I make his room good for him? At my work I look at North West behind me is a wall, if I turn to North, I sit with my back to the window on the south west. Do I have to turn or what else can I do? Thank you really much for answering!
