My living room and dining room have beams going across the ceilings. The ceiling is quite low. My house faces the SE, and has a large river flowing from the East to the West. I have large picture windows opening up to view the river and the hills on the other side. I live on a hillside. The back of the house faces the hillside and is North/North West. There is a long cutout in the front of the house allowing the front door to open in the center of the house the door faces East. Dear Master Cecil, I did a search in your forum about Flying Star Feng Shui. Because I was confused about the Period 8 chart vs 2004 chart. My house is facing NW3, however the main door is in the W grid, is this possible / did I chart it correctly??? (The main door is to the left side of the house) My N sector for Period 8 is mount 2, base 4 and Water 4. jeez, this is a good example. Dear Master Lee, I just had a quick browse on my house number using your free analysis. The answer I got was "troubled mother". I assume this is referring to me since I own the flat. Also, yes, i am always troubled by my son's issues, health, growth, learning problem etc. In such cases, what is the advice to improve the situation? Or do I have to move house? Dear Master Cecil: I tried the tool provided by the geomancy.net to take a look at the flying star of my house and found that 2, 3, and 5 are at my main entrance. Recently got a fengshui master. really nice guy. He says the office is okay but we need some things in it. Understand that our door faces NW but he says we got business but need to be careful and face some obstacles. But along the years, the shareholders started to have mistrust and since business was on a sharp downturn till we ended the business in mid 2002. Dear Master Cecil Lee, I intend to move in a new house soon but I will have to face the problem of having to disturb the above positions (S & SW) if I have to install my kitchen cabinets and put a fencing wall at the back. I would like to know whose direction to use while calculating fengshui in the house. I understand that the main door should use the husband "bazi" to calculate because his the " Yi Jia Zi Zhu" but what happens if the wife "bazi" is stronger than the husband?

My daughter is almost 8 months old, born in November 2002. Her cot faces the nursery door, with her feet facing the door. Unfortunately I am unable to put the cot in another position in her room. Neither end of the cot is against a wall. Is there something I can hang above the door or on the hallway wall opposite the door to aid her sleep as I am of the understanding it is not good feng shui practise to have her cot facing a door.
