House is in very good condition, just appraised for 160,000. I am weak water and try to enhance and make stronger, could I have inadvertely added to much water? Dear Dragana, Yes, I do agree with you. It is not wise to convert it to a sewerage tank especially if it is at the front of the home even if it is underground. More importantly, it is also best not to have sewerage pipes running under "living areas" such as under the bed. Dear Michele, 1. Usually, there is no issue if the collection cistern is in the form of a tap. 2. It should be treated as just any other pipes. 3. But more importantly, it should not be located at the centrepoint of your landed property. Nor allow it to criss cross underneath the house. For a landed property, it is equally important that the sewerage pipes (where possible) run at the back of the house and out of the house.
