In my pair of Fu dogs, the male has the globe under his left paw and the female has a cub under her right paw. Can these be used at the entrance to our home? If so, how should they be placed?

I've read a lot about it is preferable to have a regular square of rectangular lot. I have not found very much source on larger plots of land though. My question is if my house is on a large irregular(not of any shape) lot (~20 acres) and much of it is not used as you can imagine. Does this affect the energy of my home negatively? Is there a way I can demarcate it so that it seems like the house is one a regular size lot?

Hello Master, I am not familiar with these practices, but my mother-in-law gifted us a 'Fu' decoration to put up in our house for CNY 2023. It was blessed (?) by a master. Her belief is that it must not be taken down until the next CNY where we replace it with a new one, as the house will continue to receive blessings. However, my paternal grandmother has just passed away 5 days ago, and I know we won't be celebrating any occasion within the next 100 days. Can I remove the 'Fu' or am I supposed to just leave it on the wall until CNY 2024? Thank you so much for your advice.

Dear Master Lee I would like to seek your advice for my partner's behalf. His now has a new office room but the layout does not look favourable. The 1 side of room with glass wall, 2 sides of the room with windows has beams and columns/pillars. If the 45 degree from the room door is wealth position, then the wealth position has a big rectangular column and there is beams on top. I would like to know which is more feasible in my proposed Plan A or Plan B. Appreciate your advise. For Plan A, my considerations are: 1) Big beam over the head, 2) back is window 3) odd column For Plan B, my considerations are: 2) Big beam over the head, 2)…

Presently my Guanyin and ancestor tablet altar table is at location "A" which is facing the kitchen and the main door, and the area is quite dim. I would like to change to location 'E' at the balcony in the NW area facing south. I have check the afternoon sun which is coming from SW , which does not shine on the Guanyin or ancestor tablet.. Our floor is low level and shielded by the opposite block, no direct sunray coming in . Thanks.

Hello, I was looking at the auspicious dates for my DOB and wondering what the element of the day represent for each day. I have strong earth. Does that mean it is not good if the element of the day is earth or fire? Thanks in advance!

Hello Master Lee. While shopping for bed frames I noticed that many designs have a gap or open space where the mattress goes under the headboard. Headboards that completely block the mattress from the wall are actually very rare. I included an example picture below to show what I mean. My guess is that this a very minor or non-issue since the mattress would cover the gap completely, so the headboard is not visibly "open." Am I thinking about this correctly?

Hi Master, What do you think of kebun baru new BTO project - stack 123 (main door north east facing)? Stack 123 has west sun facing main bed room door tho. Is it true that for period 9, ne facing is the most inauspicious? Looking forward to your advice! Thank you.

Hi Sifu, I have been told by one of my wife's family member to do these for my moving-in ritual. Is this neccessary? Based on my wife and my birthdate, 22nd December this year is consider an auspicious date for us to move-in I should move my furniture i.e. existing bed, wardrobe before my official move-in date, which is anytime before 22nd December So my question is, is it really important to move my existing bed and furniture a day before and not the exact move-in date? Hi Master Lee, My husband and I are planning on having a small house built and I would like you to take a look at our house plan to determine if there are any Feng Shui improvements that can be made to the general layout of the plan. I also have some specific questions below: 1. The main front of the house faces between the S and SE direction, which faces the right side of our land when looking from the street. It does not face the front / street of the property. We chose this direction to allow for future expansion of the property on the left and right sides of the house, and it is considered an auspicious direction for the Kua numbers of my husband and I…

Dear Anon, Further to what I had mentioned; we can draw a parallel to taking an examination or (test). For example: A person is taking a language examination (e.g. a second language other than the mother tongue such as Spanish or Mandarin.) In order to pass this examination we have to take the following tests:- The Mandarin Examination paper comprises:- SECTION 1: 1. An Oral conversation test. (10 marks out of 100 marks) Objective: This test is to show our ability to speak or converse in Mandarion. SECTION 2: 2. An essay test. (40 marks out of 100 marks) Objective: This test is to test our ability to write in mandarion. SECTION 3: 3. A final exam paper consisting of m…

Dear Cecil Lee, I have read your posts about belief in bunk beds, but wanted to share my specific situation and get your advise, not just about bunk beds but in general. I have two daughters - 2 year and 4 year old, used to sleep in their cots so far, but have moved to a bunk bed recently. Not enough space to have separate beds. The 2-year old sleeps at the bottom and the 4 year old on top bunk. This is a traditional bunk bed - same size as top and bottom and exactly on top of each other. Both have head towards East. The bed has a wall on one long side and about 1 feet of space on both head and leg side and open space on the forth long side. There is a wi…

Hi Cecil, My husband and purchased a property that settled on January 21st 2024 (period 8 ) and we moved all our belongings into the home immediately. However, we did not sleep there ourselves until February 8th 2024 (which is period 9). Which period do I use to calculate my flying star combination? An additional question about the Mountain star and Water star. As we are located in Australia, Southern Hemisphere, are the stars the same or are they flipped (as North is the "sunny" side and South is the "dark" side in terms of daylight) Thanks, Elissia
