Briefly, the layout has three major flaws: (two with known cures the third - pseudo cure.. only) 1. staircase to upper floor can be seen directly from the main entrance door. As the distance is too close to the stairs, it would be difficult to use a door screen. I am not sure, if bead curtains are currently in fashion. This is one cure thou.
