  3. Hi Master Cecil I have a difficult situation where the bed in the master bedroom is currently pointing east. My spouse and I are both West Group people so sleeping in this position is pointing to the Irritation/Disaster line according to 8 Mansions. However by rotating the bed by 180 degrees, our heads will be pointing the west (Health/Longevity line) but the bed would be cut by the toilet door and will be on the same side as the bedroom entrance door (not in "Command" position). Will putting a partition to shield the appearance of the toilet door help? However as the room is very small, I am not sure about its practicality . Sho…

  4. Hi Master Cecil, Happy New Year! Can you advise the approach one should take when the life kua favorable directions conflicts with the house kua? For example, bedroom in the east for a person with West Group Life Kua is unfavorable according to 8 mansions but because the house is facing N2, the house kua shows that east is suitable for bedroom (sheng qi). But the flying stars for Period 8 in a N2 facing house has 5 & 2 in the east, which are bad numbers for health. Also does it make a difference on the orientation of the headboard of the bed? The head is facing east and feet are facing west, or vice versa? Thank you for your advice!

  6. 1. In theory, (or in general) this plot of land that you had described is inauspicious since the lot is wider in front and narrower in the back. Under Shapes and Forms, this is already an "inauspicious" indication. 2. For "cures" it has more to do with the concept of maximizing luck from other Feng Shui concepts: where areas where good qi can be improved on and bad qi supressed. 3. As this is considered a "major wealth" leak under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, for the owners of this home, cannot afford additional "major wealth" leaks else, it can lead to all down-hill all the way. 4. If n…

Hi Master, I have viewed an unit and like the feel of the place. However, I was told that since the frontage/ main door is not perpendicular to the general direction of the house, this unit is not advisable (shape of unit is slightly odd, not too squarish, hence door seems slanted). I would like to seek your opinion on this matter. This is on Stack 3. The 2 balconies are generally North- South facing. Door is mainly West (but slightly tilted North).

  8. Hi Master Cecil, my partner and I are actively looking for resale flats in Sengkang. We have been looking around and realized that most of the units near the MRT station have odd shape rooms. One example that I am looking at is this unit. The corner of the common bedrooms are pointed, the main door is facing the northwest direction. Is this bad in terms of fengshui? Should I still be looking at houses shaped like this? Looking forward to your advice, thank you very much!

Iam very distressed by my new neighbour. Staying in HDB and being Indians, they like to dry their clothing in the common walkway. Their cloth hanger, that is the bamboo pole to hang their clothing is pointing directly towards my door. I put plants and crystals to deflect the poles which is considered poison arrows. I just hate it and I have strong desire to move out. Pls help and advise how to harmonise.

  10. 1. Appreciate if you can do a SEARCH in this forum e.g. Partition or Partition at Main door. 2. For example:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17460&new= Under this link please go and read PARA 5. 3. There are already lots of resources on this subject. And Para 3 under the above link is another consideration. 4. Furthermore, your question is so general. And in addition there is no clue as to whether the partition serves any purpose at all i.e. is there a direct path from the main door to the "window" or balcony window etc...

Further to what I had mentioned, below, please click on the attachment to thismessage (only available via website login to the forum account). Example 1 (file name: water-entry-exitpoint-A.gif) This file illustraion will show:- 1. House is facing SOUTH 2. Water enters this SOUTH facing housedirectly from SOUTH. 3. Water must not exit out of this house from NW (The idea here is tomake sure that under the First Heaven Sequence Trigram, the waterentering a specific trigram must be noted. For example the trigram stands for "HEAVEN". Under the 2nd Heaven Sequenc Trigram, check where the "HEAVEN" trigram lands. It lands on NW. Thus water should notEXIT NW) Example 2:…

  15. 1. Further to what I had mentioned; this is the template for what I had mentioned, previously in an earlier e-mail. 2. Comparing the sectors:- 2.1. For example from now to 2023 (Period 8); if the frontage is at North and a bedroom is located at e.g. East; 2.2. While from 2024 onwards to 2043b(Period 9); we find that the wealth stars had gone to South = toilet and there is a missing corner at SE; then when comparing the periods; From now to 2023, seems more auspicious then Period 9. 3. Thus logic says that one needs to compare the stars with sectors for either period to see which is considered better or worse-off or even no-change?

Good day master, I've been preparing a house for the upcoming period 9. The land I own face west 255, but my kua is east group (kua 3). Q1: Is it correct for me to assume that the house plan attached face west based on where the road is? Despite pool on the north? Q2: Should I move the front door as it doesnt fit kua 3? If so where or is there any other way? Q3: Which one is more important? Personal kua or flying stars? Manu thanks for your teachings.

  19. Hello Shifu! I'm considering to buy this HDB unit and would like to check whether the layout and facing is suitable? I was told that west sun shining into the master bedroom is not ideal at all. I've also attached a picture of the vicinity and the general orientation of the unit for your reference. It's basically located at the corner of the L-shape configuration of the building. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Hello Master Cecil, I wonder if this is too much to ask. I have been trying to find out about the impact of living in a house with a huge water tank behind (or beside) a property but there are not so many resources. All say it's not good but they are referring to a water tower that looks out of place and gives off a scary impression. But what if it's a solid looking structure built on the ground like the example in the screenshots (please, if it is against rules to post pictures of another person's property, do not publish them): The water tank sits behind the house and is on a higher level. Source and Credit: Google 2020:- From my p…

Is it water because it’s black/plays music or is it wood Because that’s what it is made of or something else? Any best places and worst places to have a piano? thanks!

  25. Good day to all, may i know how do you classify such a floorplan? It doesnt fully resemble a gun shape floorplan though it looks alittle similar. May i ask is this a terrible floorplan? As it seems everything is squarish and rectangular except that there are missing corners here and there. How to find the centrepoint of such floorplan? Does the centrepoint means inauspicious if it coincides in the empty part that is not part of the floorplan? Does it means the centrepoint is in the air? thank you
