HI, Please read below:- I think that is more of a superstition than Feng Shui. Personally, I do not think there is anything about traditional Feng Shui about this. If anyone have any other opinion on this, feel free to share it.

Yes, this is very wise indeed! More importantly, under the ba zi; when it refers to "wealth"; usually, the reference is that in many instances, our wealth is actually leaving behind a legacy of children.... Further to what I mentioned, below (sorry, somehow the safari software written with my iphone 4) did not place hard-enter codes): this is why the text is all grouped together. The situation that you face is far from anything to do with "dangers of underground water" as found in this article:- http://forum.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-under.php

Unless you hold a high position where you are given your own room, there is very little or much you can do to really enhance your luck in the limited office space you are given. So I would advise, that you focus on areas you have control:- 1. The house is the most important area that influence your luck signifcantly. So fi…

Dear Cecil, you say in your course that Mountain star may be activated if it is on a room or on the back door. When you live in an apartment where there is no back door, what can you do. Is it necessary to create a virtual back door? Many thanks

Dear Jen, From what you have written, there are basically two types of exit: 1. Entry/exits of "convenience" 2. an exit to fullfil a statutory requirement e.g. fire safety 1. Entry/exits of "convenience" ==================== As you have mentioned, often, many have a garage. And for ease of entry and exit to the garage an "exit" or entry door is located in this area towards the home. In addition, many homes do have a backdoor - to allow human activities at this location e.g. bringing out garbage, hanging or drying clothes etc... 2. an exit to fullfil a statutory requirement e.g. fire safety +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Sometimes, an exit has to be built to …

But I am sitting outside the room which the room's door is directly facing my back. I read from a book that this is bad in feng shui. I could be betrayed, cheated, or stabbed in the back & good work luck is completely missing. And I feel that it is quite true as it really happens. I have been so unlucky at work after the renovation. What should I do & what things can I put on my desk to cure this matter? Thank you so much for your help! Yes, this is not a good position, because you can't see people that …

Dear Ber, Please see below:- Usually, it is adviseable to have the stove facing almost directly the entrance door: 1. Especially if the knobs are facing the door. Where possible get a stove with the knobs should facing the `air'/ceiling. 2. The best location for such a kitchen is where it is located at the South compass point. This is because, South represents the Fire element and even with the stove facing the door, enough `heat' is still retained in the house. The worst position is to have the Kitchen at the North where one may `truely' exhaust the heat from the kitchen. 3. The other option is avoid having the main entrance door opened unless necessary. Other than …

Dear Tien Sze Thank you for attaching a sketch of your room. Please see below:- It is best to avoid placing wind chimes at sectors that are considered `too yin'. In Flying Star, its numerology can share light to whether it is yin at certain sectors. The two most problematic sectors are: North-East (Devils gate) and South-West (Devil's back door). Where possible try to avoid (be careful) it at these two sectors and also at West. 1. Feng Shui is about priority and sensibility (commonsense). 2. I am sad to say that, recently, some people who called me enquiring on Feng Shui audit asked me whether, I would recommend placement of beds at `weird' or odd locations. …

The back of her study desk is against a wall which has a toilet on the other side(her bathroom is on the room next door). I cannot place her desk any where else in the room. Can I place something on or behind her desk to help with this. I want her to get the most energy to help her study and not feel drained out. Given that you can't place the desk elsewhere, there is nothing much you can really do to remove the draining effect. The most impact is when the toilet bowl is at the opposite side of the wall. Otherwise, the impact won't be as bad. So I would suggest these few …

Dear Robert and Cecil, It is a common scene that one building is split into two properties and that would mean that each property would only have a front garden. Sometimes the rooms would protrude into the neigbours property space, both propertiessahare one roof. All this appears to me as a situation to be avoided when purchasing a property. My question is could there be a scenario when this kind of living arrangement is possitive to individualliving in it? Perheps whenthefacing of the property occupiedis one of their fourpossitive sides. dragana

An alternative seating positon offered is with the entrance in the 2 o'clock position (diagonally in front to right) but then my PC will be facing my death direction. May I know which is the better choice? In both cases, having entrance directly towards your location, so both are really no the most ideal. Therefore, since you cannot completely get a position where you do have the entrance towards you, then at least go for the better sitting direction, so that you have that luck with you. 1. Frankly so long as you close your gate and have the fence it is perfectly OK, already. 2. In Asia, basically Thailand revere the elephant - while India treats it as a work-horse. No significance in Feng Shui.. unless you are literally "wanting" to trample your "relatives"... Again, this has nothing to do with Feng Shui.

These are some considerations: 1. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, generally, a "hill" behind a home is acceptable. Much like the concept of a tortise or solid back behind the house. 1.1. In common sense Feng Shui, a hill or solid back behind the house often implies that unlike a home with a sloping back; a home with sloping back in some circumstances could result in soil erosion; and in a heavy rain, sometimes, it may result in a landslide and affect the home. 2. However, in some densely packed area or even in your new home; if this hill (upward sloping in backyard) affects or restricts the wind flow; into the home; then this can affect "good" Feng Shui. 3. As I had…

Dear Spring, I am not sure what u mean when you mentioned that the `Site said' this was a bad home address. This is because, if you are referring to the House Number Free Flying Star report at www.geomancy-online.com it mentions that the report is used to look at the vertical houses i.e. apartments/flats. The House Number Free Flying Star report cannot be used to look at landed properties. The Flying Star Theory can only look at horizontal levels. While Flying Star House Numbers for Apartments is used to look at it vertically as it is said that no house has the same FS on different levels. Appreciate, if you can check again. Warmest Regards, Cecil
