For example; if there is a fire at the stove area; and since it is sharing the same wall as the "exit' stairs; don't want to have a flash fire at that location nor smoke coming out of that area...

In my opinion; as far as I know; I have not heard or at least there is no evidence to suggest that tattoo's have a direct or even indirect impact on a person's (well-being) or luck.
