Dear Anon, In general, if an HDB precint has majority either North or South facing apartments, then if particuarly the male breadwinner is a West group person, may consider looking at especially if it is a Flying Star Period 8 South 2 and 3 apartments where there is particularly a double #8's at it's facing direction. Bear in my that when we approach such questions Often many of the situations, it may or might be based on "commonsense".
