Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I have purchased a new Chinese Money Frog to replace a damagedMoney Frog that was accidently dropped and got broken. Is there any Chinese protocol that I should follow for the proper disposal (or throwing away) of the old Money Frog? 1. Feng Shui items are not imbued with mystical abilities, including the Money frog, which is considered a marketing ploy and primarily used for aesthetic purposes. 2. These items do not require any specific rituals or protocols to be followed, as they are considered more as art pieces. 3. If you are worried about disposing of them, simply wrap them in old newspapers and discard…

Based on pure common sense: "It is no point crying over spilled milk". Equally, no point banging one's head against the wall. Common sense says: The Concept of Maximizing Marks If it is there, what measure or measures are you talking about? You want a miracle to happen is it? Common sense, says, try toimprove in other areas.

Frankly, in Singapore, many HDB apartments and condos share the same issue! In fact, many newer condos have master bedroom where after placing the "queen-sized" or some can squeeze in a "king sized" bed, and left over is the wardrope area / TV console (or mounted) and some dressing table. And many of these condos also have attached bathroom that is "on the side" of the bed. Is the toilet really so disgusting that we should not have it? In the past, traditional Chinese homes have toilets that are "outside" of the living quarters. But today, it is "scientifically" true that a toilet can be dirty. For example, whenever we "flush" the toilet bowl and worse, if we cover th…

Dear Ben, Further to my earlier comments:- On a professional level using Compass School Feng Shui:- There may be a possibility of an inauspicious if the particular sector happens to fall under the " Legal entanglement " sector of the Flying Star Theory. Worse of all, if there is a combination of two bad stars e.g. #2 and #3. Here, it is best to keep that particular sector QUIET. Therefore, if this sector happens to require `quiet'; a vehicle moving in and out of this sector may lead to legal implications. Thus, there are many considerations to take note of. Thanks for your summary of the key-points I had mentioned earlier on `holistic' Feng Shui. This is a good or sterlin…

We have decided a date for Dong Tu after ensuring the date does not clash with us. Dong Tu Date : 25 Nov between 1pm to 3pm However, our contractor work cannot make it on 25 Nov , can only make it on 26 Nov. is it ok for them to start renovation work the next day after Dong Tu? Secondly, can the Dong Tu time (1pm to 3pm) be changed to morning 10am. All input are greatly appreciated.

  10. Good Day, I would please like to ask for advice. We have recently moved into a new home and the front door is facing another door which leads to a passage and then the bathroom. What would the remedy be for such a situation? Would the red stickers also be a good idea. The door handles on the doors are not identical. Is this a requirement?

Dear Linda, 1. When using a compass, one has to be exact and plot the exact compass direction into one of the 15 degrees of the Flying Star chart. 2. Often, we may have to take readings out-side of the home to avoid any metallic disturbance e.g. high tensile steel embedded in the concrete structure of the home. 3. Sorry, I don't quite understand your question. "the Compass shows as SE but only over 10 degrees to SE do you consider it as SE or South " 4. As mentioned under Para 1 and 2, above, for SE facing homes: SE1 = 112.5 degrees to 127.4 degrees (120 degrees) SE2 = 127.5 degrees to 142.4 degrees (135 degrees) SE3 = 142.5 degrees to 157.4 degrees (150 degrees…

These are some considerations:- 1. From your sketch; the lamp post does not seem to slice thru your main gate. 2. In such a situation, the sha qi from the lamp post is not a threat to your main gate area even if it is a sliding type. 3. Since it is not a threat to the main gate; from a Feng Shui point of view; there is no need to replace or update your main gate; other than for asthethic or cosmetic reasons.

Dear Anon, It is good that the house is rectangular in shape. Please see below:- In addition, this home suits more of a West group person. However, from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view, it is acceptable as most of the side of the home will not be afftected by any afternoon sun.

The mainfree report link is as follows:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports.htm 1.2 Use this report to find out whether one is an East or West Group person. http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-eight-house.htm 2. For example, if the male breadwinner is an East Group person; then based on the sitemap (facing direction of each stack), the better unit is where the stack is south facing e.g. South1 (157.5-172.4 degrees) , South2 (172.5-187.4 degrees) , South3 (187.5-202.4 degrees) i.e Nuovo stack 04. 2. Dear Master Lee I would like to seek your advice for my partner's behalf. His now has a new office room but the layout does not look favourable. The 1 side of room with glass wall, 2 sides of the room with windows has beams and columns/pillars. If the 45 degree from the room door is wealth position, then the wealth position has a big rectangular column and there is beams on top. I would like to know which is more feasible in my proposed Plan A or Plan B. Appreciate your advise. For Plan A, my considerations are: 1) Big beam over the head, 2) back is window 3) odd column For Plan B, my considerations are: 2) Big beam over the head, 2)…

Hi Master, I've heard that it is good to add a partition inbetween Main door and window to avoid the "Qi" from directly flowing out. But have also read that placing a partition after the main door is bad as it blocks the "Qi" from going into the house. Please advise if you would recommend placing a partition based on the floor plan. Thanks!
