Dear Cecil, There are is a fence on the back of our apartment seperating it from the next building.. The design of the fence is such that there are arrow shaped iron bars pointing to the back of the apartment The back is the West which is also the sitting direction of the apartment. The only thing you can do is keep the toilet door close and toilet seat cover down when not in use. Try to fix up other areas in your home that is fixable to increase luck from other areas so as to compensate for this flaw. Probably the corner from the wall would be the thing you should worry more. Dear Venkat, Based purely on the layout plan (without) human factor i.e. placement or suitability, I would say Plan2 (or illustration plan2A) is safe since, the water position is not exactly at the centrepoint.
