  3. A client like this shoe cabinet design as it is functional. In summary, Option 1 is deemed the safest choice, while Option 3's viability hinges on the clearance measurements, ideally around 1 meter, and the design of cabinet doors should avoid reflective materials and louvers to maintain aesthetic and practical considerations in Feng Shui.

  5. Most expensive stacks in Adora Green. Photos taken on the opposite side of the pond over-looking Adora Green. Only when one looks at the photos; then one gets a "clue" as to why the stacks highlighted; seems to be the most expensive in the EYES of the consumer (purchasers) of specific stacks in this development. From a Feng Shui point of view; if one were to be at the Adora Green BTO site; one would be wondering : Why so expensive, given that the stacks are at a angle ; at the noisy junction? Another negative that some felt may be a liability is that these stacks are directly facing the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Yishun.

    1. Chinese New Year starts early this year; 2. This year's Chinese New Year starts on Monday 23 January 2012. 3. As mentioned in the earlier posting of 1/15/2011, below; it is a tradition especially by the majority of Singapore Chinese who are Hokkiens to start operations on an auspicious day on Chinese New Year itself. 4. I have mentioned that for the opposite: for the dead, burial is always done on ODD days e.g. 1st day, 3rd day, 5th day, 7th day etc... immediately after death. 5. However, for business opening; it is always considered auspicious to start operations on EVEN number of days. 5.1. Thus for 2012, the first day of Chinese New Year is Monday 23 January 2012; …

  12. Firstly, if this is not a bedroom; not a major concern especially if it is at the back of the home or apartment. Secondly, many don't realise but a Refrigerator or fridge is actually considered as belonging to the metal element. Thus, if one needs metal in the kitchen; a large fridge can do the job.

Further to what I had mentioned, a pie chart is much easier a tool to "define" where a room or place is located. For example in the same attachment, the location of the Master Bedroom, the Master Toilet, the Staircase area, the Dad's bedroom, Dad's bathroom can be clearly be defined from the pie chart. Only two sectors: East = Study and West = Family area is less hazy and can fall into another sector. Please see attachment.

    1. Frankly, if one drawsa comparison with the Western zodiac signs; the Western zodiac signs in general also goes by the month and not the Year. 2. 15. The saying goes " a picture tells a thousand words". Frankly, might as well throwa dice if you are asking whether to move-in solely on general (brief descriptions) - and usually, hope you understand, I don't usually have time to scan and figure out a whole paragraph of information. It is similar to a resume - it has been widely stated that a human resource personnel takes a "three seconds" glance at it; and just chuck it away. Rob K. wrote: Thank you for getting back to me on this. This is a top view of the flat, our other concern is that it is above a successful celeb cosmetic dental clinic. The main door/enter…

  16. 1.Frankly, in Singapore many temples have both space constraints and rare occasions where there is a request to take in tablet(s). 2. Thus, certainly, you will have a very hard time finding a temple to taken your grand parents in. 3. Actually it boils down to money or (a large) donation. Otherwise, it is near impossible, here. ========================================== Other matters relating to urns + tablet 1. Many of the very popular sites in Sin Ming are (were) already fully "booked" or full house thus often they are not prepared to assist you. 2. In fact, …

  19. In my opinion, 99.99 percent of all Shapes and Forms Feng Shui can be related to "commonsense". Ranging from toilets, bedrooms etc... Thus, if it has no basis in commonsense, then most likely it is hocus pocus and not Feng Shui. One major technique of Shapes and Forms is QI. And it is very useful to use our imagination especially to see how qi moves, meander - flows.

  20. In my opinion, if possible, store the cannon - away + cover it e.g. with a canvas sheet. Or even if it is outdoors, for the moment, cover it with a rain-proof sheet much like a car-cover. And see if it can be stored away (permanently). As it is no point trying to figure to move-it, here, move-it, there. And constantly worry about it.

  21. 1. In addition to my earlier remarks, we are indeed enjoying a favorable turn of events. 2. In the past, Singapore had only one or two street directories available for purchase, and these often failed to accurately represent the layout of buildings or residences. 3. Currently, there are at least three physical brands of street directories on the market, along with a variety of electronic options and Google satellite maps. 4. Over the last two years, there have been notable developments, such as providing a link to a directory website and inquiring about the accuracy of the orientation. 5. This serves a significant purpose beyond mere routine tasks; as …

  22. 1. In a very highly built-up area in Singapore; many areas or homes and apartments are as you had mentioned literally such homes are next to a religious temple etc... 2. For example; new or old apartments; many are close to a temple: in fact, there is no running away from a "view" of the temple: recent cases such a condo development in Guillemard road, Compassvale Bow (Sengkang), Telok Kurau Road, Serangoon North, Boon Lay, Balestier Roadand more.... 3. These are some of the considerations: 3.1. It is best not to purchase a home directly facing a temple e.g. such as a ground floor or 2nd storey unit with the living …
