Further to what I had mentioned, a pie chart is much easier a tool to "define" where a room or place is located. For example in the same attachment, the location of the Master Bedroom, the Master Toilet, the Staircase area, the Dad's bedroom, Dad's bathroom can be clearly be defined from the pie chart. Only two sectors: East = Study and West = Family area is less hazy and can fall into another sector. Please see attachment.

Dear Sir, In a Property Review you did in 2015 on HDB Tampines GreenLace. under para 3 in the following:- -------- 3. NE1 facing stacks = 42 &44 with SW1 facing stacks = 24. 3.1 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neu…

Hi, There are a few `variables' with regards to the placement of the `White Tiger picture". 1. Some Feng Shui practioners say that it is generally auspicious to place a White Tiger picture at the West Wall if this is your inauspicious location e.g. under the Eight House. 2. In most books, the Chinese are " afraid " or scared to see a real White Tiger is they believe that it will bring them bad luck. This has correlation to their understanding that it is very unlucky to give birth to a child especially a girl born in the " Tiger " year. For example, under this URL: http://www.geomancy.net/love/amenu1.htm I have this short write up of " The Gate of Hope, Singapore " (Former…

Dear Tammy, 1. For the benefit of other forum members, I have attached the illustration of two trapezoids. This file name is: trapeziod-goodbad.gif 2. One trapeziod is acceptable while the other is inauspicious. 3. This is based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 4. More importantly, if one looks carefully at the first trapezoid with blue wordings, or the acceptable shape; One will find that the based is broader than the frontage. This is symbolic of a mountain effect. Even if a trapezoid shape is not the best configuration. 5. For the second trapezoid, the is the mirror image of the first. And it is considered inauspicious if the front is broad base while the back (mountain)…

Hello Master Cecil, I wonder if this is too much to ask. I have been trying to find out about the impact of living in a house with a huge water tank behind (or beside) a property but there are not so many resources. All say it's not good but they are referring to a water tower that looks out of place and gives off a scary impression. But what if it's a solid looking structure built on the ground like the example in the screenshots (please, if it is against rules to post pictures of another person's property, do not publish them): The water tank sits behind the house and is on a higher level. Source and Credit: Google 2020:- From my p…

Good day master, I've been preparing a house for the upcoming period 9. The land I own face west 255, but my kua is east group (kua 3). Q1: Is it correct for me to assume that the house plan attached face west based on where the road is? Despite pool on the north? Q2: Should I move the front door as it doesnt fit kua 3? If so where or is there any other way? Q3: Which one is more important? Personal kua or flying stars? Manu thanks for your teachings.

Is it water because it’s black/plays music or is it wood Because that’s what it is made of or something else? Any best places and worst places to have a piano? thanks!

  13. Hi, Master, I know that a triangular land is not ideal, especially the sitting/back of the land is smaller than the facing/front. I can understand how the energy flows with difficulty or is interrupted by Sha Qi, if this triangular land is an island defined by no other lands around it. Most of lands are connected with one another in the USA, and each shape of lands is defined only by county records and surveyors, without physical boundaries. I wonder if the principle of the land shape still effective? Chi/energy/environment/Feng Shui wouldn't know how an owner's boundary of the land is defined. I am looking at this triangular piece of triangular land (#5181) with …

Dear Anon, 1. Often, when coins are used, it is based on the number of coins. 2. I am not sure if there is any `commercial' agenda; but majority of the coins that we buy are often imitation coins or newly minted coins that seem to look like `antique' coins. (Don't be fooled by the greenish colour on these copper coins as it is very easy to `age' the coins) 3. The usual number for a big metal cure are a set of 6 emperor coins each. 3.1. Previously before the internet age, many shops were selling 5 coins. Perhaps their knowledge was essentially that of the popular Five Elements concept of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire. 3.2. But today, …

  16. Hello Shifu! I'm considering to buy this HDB unit and would like to check whether the layout and facing is suitable? I was told that west sun shining into the master bedroom is not ideal at all. I've also attached a picture of the vicinity and the general orientation of the unit for your reference. It's basically located at the corner of the L-shape configuration of the building. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Hi Master, Nowadays Singapore apartments are getting smaller and kitchens are reduced to one single row instead of a conventional kitchen room. Due to the Fire and Water clash where fridge, stove, sink, and washing machine are all so close to each other, I would like to ask what is the ideal kitchen position for each Fire and Water element item. This is how my kitchen looks like now and I am wondering if the second photo would be a better placement for all the kitchen appliances so that there is less Fire and Water clash. Seeking your advice, please. Most appreciated!

Dear Anon, There are two `issues' brought up considering this. Most of the time, one should not be too unduly worried about it. The two `issues' are: 1. Some FS practitioners consider it `inauspicious' because, in the event, that a car catches fire, the bedroom is directly above it. But based on reasoning, this `risk' is neglible for most of us as a car catching fire, is rare unless it is thru mischief or other causes. 2. Some FS practitioners believe that a car, is = metal, and thus, there may be too much metal at that sector especially if there is an imbalance at that sector where either metal aids the bad #star or enhances it. A Flying Star analysis would be able to c…

  20. Good day to all, may i know how do you classify such a floorplan? It doesnt fully resemble a gun shape floorplan though it looks alittle similar. May i ask is this a terrible floorplan? As it seems everything is squarish and rectangular except that there are missing corners here and there. How to find the centrepoint of such floorplan? Does the centrepoint means inauspicious if it coincides in the empty part that is not part of the floorplan? Does it means the centrepoint is in the air? thank you

  22. Hello Cecil Lee, Thanks so much for providing such a concise and clear set of general feng shui information. I also appreciate that you use diagrams and pictures often. I am curious to know, if you have two windows next to each other (operable or not; I just labeled them in case it would reduce ambiguity), does the shared frame border highlighted in red below create a source of sha qi? Thanks!

Dear Mr Lee, I recently bought a new BTO flat and these days, the blocks are built pretty close and parallel to each other. My neighbour's altar which is in his living room faces directly to my master bedroom. I was told to buy a mirror to 'reflect' it but I'm not sure exactly what this entails. Hope to seek your advice and thank you in advance. Regards, Daniel

  24. Dear Master Cecil, I wish you well. Could you kindly help to differentiate between a period 7 or period 8 house. How does one determine a house as period 7 or period 8? The HDB flat that I am currently living is built in 1989, I moved in 2011, without much renovation, except changing the toilet door, and the toilet seat. Is this still consider as period 7 or a period 8 house? Kindly advise if possible. Thank you very much for your kind advise.; Greatly appreciated. With Best Regards, David Tee

  25. Thank you for your response. Let me rephrase my question, 1. Would appreciate if you could analyze Bellewaters feng shui in general 2. Also, bellewaters is near to the upcoming Sengkang hospital. For fengshui, will it get affected by it? 3. How do we judge the facing of each blk/stack? Do we judge by the individual entrace of our main door or north south east west is determine by where the stack or blk faces? 4. Lets say if my stack faces true south or true north, but my main door faces west, so am i facing the south/north or west? Hope to hear from you soon. Thank You once again
