We are planning to purchase a brand new apartment, the building is still under construction. I have already tried all kind of compasses, including luopan, but have got all different results; it looks like like the compasses go crazy. Just for a record, I'm not a novice to using a compass. For information, each individual's detailed ba zi chart should have : DD MM YY HH and House of Life and House of Conception. House of Conception is used to analyse both husband and spouse chart for "compatibility". In addition: House of Conception - This represents your spouse for a male, and your child for a female. Thus such information is catered in an individual's ba zi chart. Sometimes, there may be situations where both husband and wife's House of Conception clash making it hard or harder to conceive. Therefore, this information is not plucked from the air ... but can be found under an individual's ba zi report.

It is good if there is a layout or simple sketch. As in many instances; some of us may mis-interpret the "center-of-gravity" of a home wrongly. Just recently, a client was so worried about an "L' shaped layout plan. When I reviewed the layout plan; instead there were some protrusions and missing corner(s) for this home. And the layout plan based on the "centre-of-gravity" concept; is not an "L"-shaped layout plan.
