    1. If one is trying to DIY; then one of the first report(s) especially for the Male and Female breadwinner(s) should be considered:- The Eight House Report: http://www.geomancy.net/reports/free-report/freerpt-8h.htm Usually, from this report; especially the Male breadwinner's best facing direction should be considered. 2. The forum has lots of resources like what is considered as the facing direction etc... 3. Question like should the master bedroom be suitable to the Male breadwinner or sometimes both male and female breadwinners have different directions, then what? 4. If you want to DIY, you really (really) have to be patient and read up lots of resources. 5. Fo…

Dear Anon, In my opinion, there are no perfect `EXCELLENT' house. If one finds that overall the house is comfortable and nice, go ahead and purchase it especially if the external shapes and form is good. If all family members feel nice with the house, chances are; it would be good/acceptable. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Alan, 1. The first approach is to use the Eight House Theory. This theory is quite interesting because: 1.1. It is used to find out " How suitable a house is to the breadwinner ". 1.2. Next, we look at the layout plan of the house and where the location of the bedrooms are for each person i.e. Husband, wife and children. For example, we try to find out what are the "intangible forces" at each bedroom. Thus, it would be advantages if the sectors in each room e.g. Master bedroom (Husband and wife) and other bed rooms suit each indivdual members of the house. 2. The various reports which you can generate under: http://www.geomancy-online.com are totally Free. This inc…

    1. If possible, don't see the sharp tip of the dome - slicing into any of the bedrooms especially the living room "view". Anonymous wrote: The masterbedroom window will be able to see the mosque if you look dwon from the 10th floor. In addition, the sleeping direction of the bed frame will be pointing towards the mosque. 2. Thus from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view:- 2.1 So long as the pointed dome roof is not in full view (same level as) of an opening e.g. bedroom window or living room, then this is acceptable. 2.2 Some temples are "unclean" as sometimes, a local priest may get it's permission to bring in "spirits" or some of the temples even go as far as …

Dear Wasis, You can make use of the Singapore virtual street directory map at this URL: http://streetdirectory.com NOTE: The `cut and paste' of the URL below MAY not work. You should go to the site first and use the SEARCH feature to type in either the street e.g. Waterloo Street (Location A) and Smith Street (Location B) and zoom in or out of the map from there:- I did a search for Location A as:- (Waterloo Street area) http://streetdirectory.com/map.cgi?sizex=400&sizey=400&ismap=1&x=30186.1752& y=31479.5516&level=7?294,292 And Location B:- (Peoples Park) http://streetdirectory.com/map.cgi?sizex=400&sizey=400&ismap=1&x=29176&y=294 33…

Dear Anon, The consensus amongst many Geomancers are that there is no issue with the purchase of a home or apartment in the Chinese7th Lunar month. The rationale for this is that as you had mentioned, moving-in is physical. And renovations is noisy - disturb the "ghosts". Anything that is tangible or physical - may therefore affect the "ghosts". While purchasing a home or placing a deposit on a new (perhaps yet to be built or completed) home or apartment does not involve "physical" presence at the new home. Look at it this way, even if the "ghosts" knows where our new home is located, but since it has not been built nor completed, yet, how is he/she (ghost) going to go…

  9. Hi Master Lee, We are planning on buying a house. It is a nice neighborhood but the house is located on the exterior curve. It is also trapezoid in shape. At the back is a commercial building, with a road leading to that building. Is there a way to improve good luck and make it auspicious if we can’t put up a wall infront of it?

  10. These are some considerations: 1. In this home, NEVER, (NEVER) play with the Ouija board that summons spirits. Some call this a Wiggy Board "game" or a "talking-to spirit" board. 2. What happens is that when one plays with this board; it is opening a portal. 2.1. And in many instances, because of the past incident, this house is more "yin". And often, one may unintentally invite visitors. 2.2. We are not so scared of the "low ranking" visitors e.g. those that have yet to cross through "the LIGHT". 2.3. What is most fearful is that often such portals can inadvertently sent is a High Ranking (General) or Devil's right hand person i.e. the Dark force. 3. Once this occurs, e…

Dear Anon, 1. More importantly, for a site, it should also have excellent Feng Shui based on Shapes and Form School. For example: 1. Avoid having a drain or water position behind the house. 2. You piece of land in relation to the neigbhour. Is the land lower then the neighbour? Is it on a slope? There are many more issues to be looked into. 2. The eight house theory has its limitation in that it is best used only for finding the house is suitable to the breadwinner (main door) and the various bedrooms that your family members will occupy. 3. More advanced theories such as Flying Star should be used. My suggestion is that if you want a `worry' free house, it is best to get…

Dear Mark, Please see below:- If you want to do an audit, there are available online tools available. Alternatively, all users are open to hiring a FS consultant if they want to. But please do not sent me a floor plan with dates of birth and expect me to do all the ground work. My main purpose is to help users in the recommendations and analysis. It is best to get all things correct in Feng Shui than just figuring where your wealth area is. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Landed property: If the house is a second-hand home, try to do a `Feng Shui walk around' of the entire estate. Stand just outside the home and even 10 metres away (facing the home). Look to see if the house is sloping? Next, w=Walk past the house next to the house you are considering. Look in to see the overall state of condition. For second-hand homes, always try to see if you can find out more of the house's history? Why did the current owner / previous owner want to sell it? For apartments or flat: There are also many rule-sets. If you have the time do visit the forum resources e.g. Singapore Property and also Photo Tours of Interest (with pictures). There are many ex…

Hi Master Lee Appreciate if you can advise on the following: The DB cabinet is placed in a way that cuts into the walk way from the main entrance as seen in the picture below and this DB cabinet cannot be moved. Is there any concern with this? Will it help if a curved cabinet is placed next to the DB cabinet to lessen the appearance of a sharp edge? Thank you!

He says it brings bad fortune. Is it true? Plants in general is good. Especially those with flowers. Plants that have torns or sharp branches can indirectly create posion arrows (sha qi). Therefore, like your husband said, it is not as good simply because the it creates lots of torns. What you want in a home is harmony rather than conflicts. Therefore, for this reason it is not so good especially if it is the only plant around. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee GEOMANCY.NET - Center …

Dear Soli, Often, we can look at it from three perspectives: 1. Yin and Yang concept 2. How thick skin are you? 3. Human or Man Luck 1. Yin and Yang concept Often, because a plant is growing, it is considered as `more yang' than yin. And since, a bedroom is meant more for sleep (yin or rest); then, it is preferred not to have a live plant in the bedroom. 2. How thick skin are you? Looking at the above: i.e. placing a plant in the bedroom; some of us have no issue living in a `jungle' with lots of plants or trees. While others are very sensitive. Therefore, it does not automatically mean that we must never have plants in the bedroom. It depends: On how sensitive one is or …

Dear Ang, 1. You have a valid point here. Frankly, as far I know, so far no one has studied this area in a large scale before. As it is a `recent' while Chinese Feng Shui has been around for more than 2,000 years. 2. Until someone truly studies this closely, we cannot say for sure how accurate their birthchart are based on Pillars of Destiny. 3. However, if we see the logic behind basic Pillars of Destiny, it uses one's Year, Month, Day and Time chart, most likely:- 3.1. the Year chart is still unchanged because no baby has an incubation period of more than 1 year i.e. unless his/her birth falls near Chinese Lunar New Year (end of one Chinese New Year) towards the new ye…

Dear MK, MK MK wrote: May I know how to calculate the 5 elements? Frankly, this is rather complicated as you need to determine the number of elements you have for each elements, assign the element strengthen, and take into consideration the combinations and changes in elements. The simple way is take the total element and number of each element. Factor in at least the weightage of total element strength and individual element weightage and you should have a fair percentage breakdown. To Robert Lee, Wish to seek your advice. My condo main door is at North direction which is my death location. My DOB is 19/4/1971 male. Please advise how to remedy this as i suffer from constant poor health.

  25. I am so glad this topic was brought up. Cecil, I understand what you are saying in regards to using local standard time for Pillars of Destiny and Feng Shui calculations? But I'm completely lost when I try to follow inauspicious/auspicious days for my true element. I live in Los Angeles, U.S. (Pacific Standard Time) and when I look at your real-time forecast it is for the day ahead. So today is March 9th and your forecast is for March 10. Is today really a "rabbit" day instead of a "tiger" day for Los Angeles? Or do I just use the forecast for March 9th?
