These are some considerations: 1. Please see attached illustration. 2. What you mentioned comes under thegreen shaded area: Eight House or Eight Mansions Feng Shui. 2.1. Where your best directions and sectors are SW, W, NW and NE. 2.2. For your second part of the enquiry: S is fire element but my kitchen is E location..... 3. For this 2nd part; it also involves: all those highlighted inYELLOW in the chart. 4. Unfortunately, you cannot simply use or apply the shadedGREEN area = eight house in ISOLATION. 5. In the chart; you will see that Eight House and Flying Stars belong to the Compass School of Feng Shui, also. 6. I am truly afraid, if you were to DIY or want to DIY, y…

Investing money in real estate is very profitable. The value of an apartment is determined by the net operating income of the property. So, as rents continue to grow along with other consumer prices, the value of a multifamily investment should go forward to appreciate even during an economic downturn. quick house sale Sell House Quick

If we are talking about painting a home. Do not forget that large areas where colours are used may include: 1. Curtains or blinds(living & all rooms that have a window). 2. Bed-sheets (bedrooms). The above are possibilities. As it is much easier to change the bed-sheets and even curtains vs painting the walls.

These are some considerations: 1. In general, kitchen is located at NW = "Fire at Heaven's gate". One way to reduce the incidence is to introduce "earth and water" in the kitchen. 1.1. Try to check where is the true cardinal point of NW. And closest to this area, can introduce : pottery / glass-ware or any thing that is made from earth e.g. mugs in cabinets, near to this area. And another method is to introduce e.g. 2 x 1.5 clear water containers e.g. on the table top especially if the stove is at NW.

  6. 1. Frankly, of course, this is not ideal: both in terms of Feng Shui and personal feel (especially if one is fully aware of this). 2. From the illustration, one good thing is that all the sewerage pipes are not sharing the same wall as your work-station. Which is a plus point. 3. Most likely the wall separating your work-station is made of concrete; this is again another plus point. 4. Traditionally, one can buy a hulu (around 2 inches to 3 inches) high and place it on one's table. If it is not hung, then metal (brass/copper) hulu can be used, here. Alternatively one of those wooden hulu can also be used.

In general, if a road curves into a stack (within a block of flats); often the lower unit(s) especially 1st or 2nd storey may be affected by sha qi. Depending on the type of curve and how fast cars "flows" or moves at that spot. In addition, it also depends on the country. Some countries are R-hand drive. In this photo; the yellow lines shows the movement direction of the vehicles. (A R-hand drive country like SGP).

These are some considerations: 1. If in doubt always avoid Blue colour in the kitchen - as a rough rule-of-thumb. 2. Since the colour is not blue....it is better than Para 1. Thus in a kitchen environment; lets put it this way : in general: one will get less issues with the colours + wood material you mentioned. Or rather, less probability of getting it badly wrong with your colours chosen.

Further to what I had mentioned; the attached illustration shows: a practical approach to Feng Shui, today. And highlighted in YELLOW are the type of work even in a DIY environment should be required. Note: the Flying Star chart in the illustration is about: a home: with variables of : Year of birth and Facing Directions. E.g. Period 8 N1 etc... Not the tortoise that happened to appear out of water and you copied from it to do a grid. This is a no-no. If this was the 1960s and you draw a chart that you did earlier... perhaps may impress a few people. But in the >2000's era... this is just too basic (Kindergarten type of FS).

In my opinion, this has more to do with beliefs and customs than Feng Shui. And also based on common sense and may affect the subsequent re-sale value - if any. For example, the Cantonese dialect group felt that "14" means Sure to Die.....

The concept of: Ashes to Ashes, dust to dust holds true for anything that has been cremated. Thus cremation is considered as : Neutral. As a mark of respect; often, place it somewhere that is not often disturbed. Need not display it. So long as not placed below one's bed or preferably not in one's bedroom is fine or OK. Often if one has a study, can be placed e.g. on a shelf perhaps next to the window etc... There are no hard or fast rule for such things. Thus "show respect" is a good idea, here.

    1. These are some considerations:- 2. It is good to understand some guidelines and useful considerations in either determining whether a home changes period. Or if unsure, what are the reasonable steps to determine the Period of a home:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=32760&new= 3. Ideally, if one had bought a new home, but YET to stay in; could consider doing all the renovations be it major or MINOR PRIOR to move in. 4. Thus, it is better that after completion of the sale/purchase of the home. Immediately do the necessary renovations (especially at the center area). 5. Then if possible, move-in or (select a good date to move-i…

  18. 1. Please refer to this link with guidelines:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=32760&new= 2. In the above link, do take note that the conservative may even still consider the home as a Period 7. 3. And one should still work out TWO charts. And follow the advice or guidelines. For example, there are situations where the Flying Star numbers at a specific sector(s) are: 3.1. In both periods sometimes both star numbers are near identical e.g. either auspicious or inauspicious stars. If so, it is safe to apply the 20 year flying star "cure" or "enhancement" without any detrimental effects. 3.2. Thus, don't always assume that just bec…
