Sorry, I thought exams are fixed by the examiner and not the other way around. In my opinion, if one has studied (smart) and well prepared for an examination; the date is not a major issue. Really; this is the first time I heard this kind of "self-select" exam date. A first for me! As for your feel that your husband may be cheating on you; you should perhaps consult your immediate family e.g. parents or very close friends to discuss what you could do.
