  2. Please refer to my very first reply. Go get yourself a geomancer to look at it. Why get a geomancer? One can't just write loads of text and hope that someone else can understand what you are saying... Frankly, your all text postings are ambigious and subject to the DANGER of mis-interpretation. Furthermore, there are no photos etc.. Thus who knows what the "buddha" statue may look like. Thus, since you are so overly concerned about the issue, go get a geomancer, please. Posting such things here in an all text format is like the BLIND, leading the BLIND.

Hi, I'm currently considering to buy a piece of land. I like the location and environment, but I noticed that the land shape is irregular. Can you advise me whether there is any problem with the land shape? (picture attached) Thanks.

  5. Feng Shui of Waterwoods EC : Some bedroom walls are thin and not of concrete/re-inforced bar. For example, if one looks carefully at the attached layout; the wall between bedroom 2 and master bedroom is just a thin wall. Especially bedroom 2's wall is made of gypsum board; take extra care of EMF raditiation from the rear of the TV set if any. Please see attachment

What happens if Block 15 isreplaced by a flat area such as a pool? It could be worse if we imagine that the area occupied by Block 15 is a flat piece of land and the blocks are aligned in a U shape with the opening exactly at West facing If so, the three pools will get maximum exposure all day long and thus greater rate of evaporation of pool water.

  9. Hi Cecil, I am interested in purchasing a unit at Caspian. Attached is the layout. Would like to check whether the toilet is at the centre of the house? What negative impact does it have when there are some "missing corners" at the left of dining room & right of living room as shown. Thanks! Annie

  11. What is the impact of living near a mosque on the feng shui of a house? Dear Fiona, Fiona K wrote: My house sitting SW & facing NE, but near to a MOSQUE (about 0.5km), is it bad feng shui or bad Chi for a house if near to Mosque? (Main door not facing the mosque). What are the ways to cures? 1. In general, most individuals prefer to steer clear of purchasing a property in close proximity to a Mosque or Temple due to potential noise disturbances and the presence of a large number of visitors. 2. Temples may engage in rituals that can result in uncleanliness as well. It is particularly undesirable if the Mosque is visible, espe…

Thanks Cecil. We are willing to take the risk of "experimenting". We will go with the less auspicious NW3 chart. I think this is less auspicious based on my comparison on the two charts. Cecil, could you take a look at both charts and confirm that this NW3 chart is indeed the less auspicious one? TQ. By looking at my attached layout sent earlier and the FS chart (NW3), could you advice on what is wrong with the placement of things in the unit that cause us misery? Specific questions on the FS chart: Main entrance: NW sector, my Spook sector, base star 8, mountain star 7 and water star 9 (two auspicious stars). There is a closed wardrobe here (please refer to my attached l…

  16. Dear Master Lee, I understand that the basic of determining the feng shui of a residential house is to first determine the facing direction of the house. However, i have trouble to determine the house as attached below. Should the facing based on the main entrance or where the river and public road locate. Appreciate much your kind advice. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Lee, For Tampines Green Court, I noticed some blocks with something called Air Well in the centre of the block. See pictures attached (Marked Purple). Is such block considered good or bad Feng Shui? It would seem that the Blocks surrounding the air well could be dark in the centre of the development where all the front doors will be located as sunlight is unlikely to reach the centre unless in the middle of the day when the sun is right on top. How can I tell if a stack is affected by Poison Arrows from nearby blocks. Using the same picture, are there Poison Arrows pointing at the stacks marked with Blue and Red Circles? Dear Master Regarding the Parc Life Executive Condo (EC) & Block 39, you have stated in Mar 2016 that :- (Block 39 stacks 36 & 37 are N2 facing whilestacks 38 & 39 are S2 facing Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart) I would like to ask for stack 38 - S2 facing - you have say that S2 facing the frontage is rear meaning wasted . Is it mean that stack 38& 39 frontage is waste - not go…

In such a situation; the breadwinner's best eight sectors are compared for each stack and a weightage and analysis done for each sector. Thus, if the findings is good; then shown in blue. If sector does not match the breadwinner's than it is in red and considered such as : "Not a major issue" or "Can be disarmed".

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I see that some feng shui masters advise that at least the door, the stove and the floors must be renovated or changed, and then you can consider the change of a period 7 House to period 8 House. Daniel.....I am shocked thatyou paid so much to a "wanna be" practitioner. Mind you, you were not to know. A client of of mine consulted a FS consultant over here earlier this year. She gave my client an account once the work was completed. The terms said "Payment within 7 days, otherwise unforseen problems may arise". I was absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately, there is no governing body over here who can discipline such a person. Now Daniel, if you wish, and if you are patient, I can help you (no charge) if you mail me privately. I am currently assisting a Forum member from Melbourne design his house...it is much fun and hopefully, the house when built will be an auspici…

    1. Usual centrepoint is at marking in red "B". 2. SOME geomancers, use the method as shown in the attachment and figure out the centrepoint is at "A". 3. Finding the centrepoint is about finding the centre of gravity of the home. 4. The LAST method is to photo-copy a copy of the layout plan, cut out the outline and paste it on a card-board and try to balance a pin to find the centre-of-gravity. 5. HOWEVER, not much information provided as to what is the terrace about? If the terrace is an open space then technically should not consider the terrace. 6. In addition, there is another method: "eye-ball" method where one visualise the protrusion and try to guage the total area…
