What then is the best option if: My best position is head pointing north. This means my bed must be placed at 45 degrees to the wall.If I align it against either wall that forms the corner,my head will be pointing in my worst directions,ie,NE or NW.Other bed positions are not suitable because it faces a mirror or the door. If I sleep alone in a queen size bed, should I sleep diagonally with my head pointing north?Which is more important - the position of the bed in thedesired corner of the bedroom or the head pointing direction?

Further to what I had mentioned, this attachment shows one of the best facing directions of the study/work table at North (Prosperity direction). And if one "drags" the layout plan into the actual layout, it fits into each of the bedrooms (Master bedroom for Mr X) and the second bedroom for Mr Y. And for the bed, one will notice that one of the best bed head facing direction is East and this is the better facing direction of the bed-head vs having the bed-head facing a bad West direction. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Nancy, This year Grand Duke is located at SW and not South. While South is the location to avoid renovations. Thus, there is no issue facing South, this year. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Mr. Lee, Many thanks for your prompt reply. I would really like to know more about the "Holy Trinity" of luck - Heaven Luck, Human Luck, and Earth Luck, and will do my homework researching literatures on it. As for my situation, I have thoroughly evaluated every other factor I can think of in a responsible manner. From purely terresterial observation (preliminary business survey, researches, family and friends' support, etc.), it would be a pretty prospective move. I had been contemplating the decision for about four years before I learned yesterday that south west is my wealth direction. Just as in everythingelse in life, however, the higher the payoff the greater the…

Dear Joan, A faster change would include the building having a new coat of paint from this year onwards. Here, both the building and the interior are in sync. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Further to what I had mentioned earlier, to-date, I personally feel therefore that the color of a main door is not going to make any major difference. This is why, majority of doors are in wood tones or wood tone colors. What is more important is the external shapes and forms as well as Shapes and forms plus other factors other than simply the door color. This includes the number of steps etc... Dear Cecil, The windows are half-windows, meaning they start from waist level all the way to the ceiling. If this is the case, is there still a need for a low cabinet? Thanks!

So when would be the best date to move-in. What ritual should we follow. His Her kua # 9 kua # 7 best direction is east best direction is west address is 17918 same dob: 12-18-64 in the am dob: 09-15-65 -- GLENETTA SOLOMON Sign it at your convenience. More importantly, for the Chinese, it is more important to be considered about: 1. Ground-breaking date or initial things to do when first opening the door 2. Start of renovations 3. move-in These are considered more important than say the date and time to sign the agreement as these are merely paper transactions. Warmest Regards, Cecil Copyright 19…

Thank You, Mr Lee for your reply. You are most helpful and yes can understand what you mean. Thanks Emily free-advice Listmanager wrote: From: Cecil Lee Dear Emily, In my opinion, we still need to use visual - sight and smell Athough smell may vary during the day and when a dumpster pass-by. But, often, one way of looking at is is a walk-thru of the neighbourhood. Such as climbing up the stairs to the unit. In many instances, both the exterior an interior should often "match". For example, if the exteriorof the home, after the upgrading looks prestine or new, but if one's interior is pretty old (worn-out) etc.. Clues can come from the toilet(s), the kitchen and the liv…

Dear Robert, Im very gratitude towards your prompt reply and the analysis you have provided for me. Thanks really. And I suddenly realized during all these years, im really lacking in ?fire.? Example, my whole house ispainted blue, my room in gray. Im surrounded by sea because I?m in the shipping line and my work place faces the sea. There just isn?t anything associated with ?fire? but I?ll make sure I spend some effort from now, in any case, i might jus go and look you up.

Further to what I had mentioned, often, a good Feng Shui practitioner will often use "water element" instead of fire element (if given the choice to neutralise e.g. a #7 under Period 8 Feng Shui.) As we have already known: #7 = weak metal element. And under the productive cycle of the 5 elements concept, water helps to draw out "metal" or helps to reduce or neutralise it. Although the fire element can be used to "control" #7 or weak metal, under certain circumstances, it may not always be the best choice. This is because, we should not forget that there are #5 and #2 both bad earth elements "floating" around the time dimension. In a worst case senario where in the ev…

Dear Cecil, Thanks for your reply! However, based on my question 3 on the master bedroom, I have a further question about it. As shown in my previous diagram, since there are 2 hdb flats by the side of the pedestrian walkway, do the corners of the 2 hdb flats constitued sha-qi aimed at our master bedroom? What can we do if it is? Thanks alot! - Amy

Dear Anon, After taking a second look at your sketch, althought the sketch is not to scale, but based on your sketch, the stove seems to be close to or at the centrepoint of the home. Based on one criteria of Shapes and Forms Feng shui, where possible, a fire position should not occupy the centrepoint of the home. Should the cross lines of your compass marking (thru scale) does not cut into the centrepoint = stove then, it is ok. This is especially true especially where a toilet bowl should where where possible not be at the centrepoint, also. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Thanks for the response. I plan on putting the tree in the corner of the yard away form the house not in direct view of the door or window. I understand that if you take care of the tree it will take care of you it is a matter of time. Can you enlighten me more on the subject. -- GLENETTA SOLOMON More importantly, when planting a tree, avoid having it slice thru-into any of the windows of the home or the main door. A test of this is to stand inside the home i.e. at the window looking out or the main door. The lone tree should not be in direct view of either of the windows or main door. If not, it ends up as a threat to the home. Warmest Regards, Cecil Copyright …

Dear Cecil thanks for your prompt reply on these matters. Will call you for an official consulation soon on office space. I am actually considering setting up a website on property and was wondering if you might wish to be featured in the links pageor offer permision to reproduce some of yourcontent in return for links/advertisement for your site. I think more people need to know about your services! For example, when people look for a house, they need to specify what direction the door is facing to determine what sort of a house it is, but I'm want to give the correct FENGSHUI definition of a house, i.e I do not know if the correct way to look at direction of a door is …

Dear Anon, To give another "crude" way of associating with language, for example, some people use language in the "wrong way". For example, in Singapore, some of us learn dialect or use dialects to 'scold" people or use "foul language" widely. Here, the act of verbal abuse or like a politician, using much of the language to stir up people, can be considered as the "fire element". Anyone therefore, scolds someone, use 4-letter words can be considered as the act of using the "fire element". This is just an example. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi Master, Yes, there are 3 openings. One of them is the main door (common lift landing area for the 4 units), another opening is a side window in the hall but facing the next block, and the last opening is the one with bedroom window(and a wider hall window) facing the pool and club-house. Best regards, Tim

Thank You Master Lee for your prompt reply. The B# is 4. So its mountain #8, water #6 and base #4 at my main entrance (not the facing). It is a HDB flat. Entrance door also facing a wall (the kitchen wall). Must I activate the mountain #8 at the entrance? If yes, what should I place? Thank You Emily free-advice Listmanager wrote: From: Cecil Lee Dear Emily, Given that the mountain star is #8, water is not a good idea here, since firstly water at an auspicious MS#8 can drown or "drop the mountain into a hole(water)" thus making it inauspicious. Thanks, Tim
