Dear Robert, Thank you for your reply. I think I did disturb the Grand Duke Jupiter while renovating as one portion of SW (240.0 TO 247.5) lie in that room which I renovated and the Grand Duke was there in 2004.Recently I have placed Pi Yao in the East facing West to appease the Duke after reading a lot of your advice forums. Does this solve the problem? As you have suggested, I have checked the 2/5 combination and it lies in the NW sector with 9 as the base star. Please suggest a remedy as I have had enough trouble after the beginning of period 8 especially after this renovation. Also one more question. My Gua no is eight. In period eight the misfortune star 5 lies in S…

Hi Robert, Thanks for advise, not sure if I want to change the house period as changing it to period 8 means that the timelystars 1,6,8 are all locked up in the centre sector. Too bad huh? Cheer... Fanny

Quote: Lee, it has been several months now, Thanks Lee for your response. I think I located a leak- the hood above my stove top burners had a fan that gave the option of sucking cooking heat up and out of my kitchen (an exhaust). Now I do not use it (I am cautious while cooking not to have to use it). I still have my small metal windchime above my burners and small mirrors reflected the burners. My finances are going smoothly now. Again, thanks for your advice on looking for a leak. HPS Enoch

Hi Master Lee, Howwould it work for a ground floorapartment? Would youconsider it as a 2nd floor apartment or would you consider it as a landed house for determining the facing. Thanks.

Just an update on what's happening... Hope nobody minds my sharing again. My dad now sleeps in the extra room which I fixed up especially for him. His insomnia is gone and he's more energetic now (he was dancing this morning and he even gave me a big loving hug which really surprised me). Before, he used to hold grudges, and all day long he'd always think of negative thoughts. He'd usually be depressed and would always seem so tired and would want to sleep, leaving work unfinished and unattended. Now he says he feels so light, and when I took a peek at him a while ago, he was actually working on the papers of the property he left unfinished for ages. As for me, this mo…

Dear Simon, Simon Lau wrote: Comparing it with my house which my main door is facing NE, master bedroom W, child bedroom SW and kitchen NW, it seems like my house is in a very bad position. In general, the only way to correct a suitable house or suitable room is either to move a more suitable house or choose a better bedroom. Otherwise, there is very little you can do in terms to correcting a suitability issues. Firstly, you should confirm your facing of the house, as the main door falling under the NE sector may not necessary be the actual facing of your home. So determine whether your house falls under:- 1. Apartment (2nd - 7th level), facing of the house is determin…

  22. Dear Terry, Terry Law wrote: How can i block Poison arrows/Sharp corners from the pillars pointing to my bed in my bedroom? Could this be the reason why i am having insomnia at night? Like the earlier post, if you can shift the bed to avoid the corner from cutting into your bed. If not, find ways to cover the corner, maybe some curtain decoration or if you can put some decorative partition etc to block it. In addition, you should also check if your room is affected by the afternoon sun, which can often cause a room to be too hot even after the sun has set due to the heat that is trapped. These is also often a factor which can affect a person's sleep. Besides Feng …

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: My kitchen happens to be right below my bedroom and my stove happens to be right below where my bed is positioned. I cannot move my stove to any other part of my kitchen What cure can I use to help me with this issue? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Generally, the reason why this is bad, is simply because the chances of fire starting is very high in the kitchen. So if a fire does start, your bedroom will be most affected by it. Don't be believe in using like 6-coins to balance up this sector. It won't do you much good as if there is a fire, the coins will probably melt. You be much better offby installing a smoke detector/fire alarm to ale…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I'm a bit confused. My front door sits at 302 degrees NW and was built in 1918 which makes it a Period 3 home right... Do these positions still line up with the Ba-gua with the entry in the Career (north)section etc. or is my career section in in the NW since this is where my front door is? The Flying Star concept assess your the feng shui of the house based on the facing and period the house was build. While Eight Aspiration (based on ba gua), gives a general intepretation of what each direction is represented in general. In applying feng shui, always go for personalised analysis first. Meaning Flying Star is more important than Ba Gua anal…
