Hi Sifu, We recently bought a new house in Melbourne Australia. Wanting to get everyone's thoughts about the plan layout and also the fengshui of the land in general. It's a mid century home and there is a beautiful quiet big park both in the backyard and also at the front of the house. The back of the house is north (a bit west) facing and the backyard gets amazing sun the whole day. Just wondering if there is anything we can do to further improve the fengshui. My neighbour had place a Garadu Statue at her entrance of her door facing directly towards my door. Does it have any bad effect on us? Hi, I'm new here. My life has been very inauspicious ever since I moved into the back house of my parents after remodeling it in 2017. Hi, I'm new here, hope someone can help to answer some questions i have regarding the layout of my new home. 1. Is it ok to have a tall cabinet right outside a room door? Facing room door directly. 2. Is it ok that the dining table is facing an alley? 3. Is it ok for the master room to be odd shaped? Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Just some other info, in the original plan, the master bedroom door is directly facing the toilet door. The plan attached is to avoid this problem. My altar will be custom make around 2000-2400mm wide, 2550-2600mm height and 500-600mm depth. We pray to Dua Pek gong with wen Wu Pang guan and my ancestor My parent got opinion from er ye bo to put it at the stair facing main road, east south area. My wife got opinion from her brother in law who got some knowledge of Feng Shui. Dear Master Cecile Lee ; I come to stay in my house in 2005 and my house is Flat house (4m X 15m ) with 4 floors (1st Floor; 1st Additional Floor; 2nd Floor and 2nd Additional Floor) ; 1st & 2nd Floors are Full Floors i.e 4m X 15m and the additional Floors had 4m X 9m only. In 2015, we changed the Floor Tiles of 1st & 2nd Floors In 2020, we change the Floor Tiles of both Additional Floors. Hiya! I've been meaning to replace the dual glass doors to my room with a single solid wood one for a long while. Based on a few other aspects I was thinking to place it on the half where the bookshelf is currently covering some of the doorway. Dear Master Lee, I have issued that renovation work is very likely to complete between 2nd to 3rd week of August that falls in 7th month. Currently my husband and myself has been staying at sister's house for nearly 2 months. I have briefly mentioned that we might require to stay till 4/9 and that sort of bothering them. Mr. Lee, The people on the west side of my house are constantly creating smoke. They are all chain smokers as well as instead of using their green waste bin they are burning nearly every day. They didn't start the outdoor rubbish burning until the eldest man in the house passed away. They are in violation of the local burning laws, but the fire department has chosen to do nothing about it. The smoke gets into my house even with doors and windows shut, it has caused some damage to my outdoor storage as well.
