1. If you are a west person, when sleeping, general, head should be pointed: West, NW, NE or SW. 2. For study, please note your FACE, should face your best direction, which is e.g. NE. 3. Thus one should be aware that both are TWO different activities. For example try sleeping to study. But, unfortunately it cannot be said that someone may fall asleep while they study.
