Dear Anon, Seems like the home should be considered a Period 8 home. Since it would need to take up to next year or 2006 to be completed. Here, it would imply that when the apartment blocks reached Period 8, I believe all the floorings, facade, windows, main doors have not been completed as yet. Thus a test is equvalent of when did the home had a major renovation? If most of the skeleton of the home had been completed in 2004, but major finishings such as the flooring, toilets, kitchen etc is uncompleted, but completed under Period 8, then I personally feel that the home should be considered a Period 8 apartment.
