This is not good in anyway, because there is no support for the bed. The bed should be "anchored" to the wall, and not left as an island in the room. sound ridiculous, but it really makes me wonder). I do know of these affecting the Mountain and Water Star. The magentic and sound disturbance does create such influence normally with the inauspicious stars especially. Dear Wasis, What I meant is that often, at the frontage of the house, has many openings. For example, at the frontage; there is a main door e.g. 2 wood doors plus a full set of sliding glass doors for the living room. In such a situation, the mouth of the house is too big. (In proportion to the frontage of the house). It is similar to the layout mentioned in this message. Where, there is a main door and immediately next to it is a balcony. This two are taken to mean a large `mouth'. Where the house is not proportionate i.e. too many openings in relation to the `frontage'. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Also, see if the house is suitable for the two of you. If they are, then the problem could be because you have inauspicious stars which surrounds the rooms in your house, such as star 3 or some other bad combinations, which can be deduced with the Flying Star of the house. Dear Kenneth, 1. Frankly, hopefully the abacus is not too large! Else imagine usually we have a desk-top PC and other work items on our work-table. 2. And such things may take up too much of the real-estate on our desktop. 3. Furthermore, it is much more difficult or not feasible to sub-divide a "tiny" area such as a worktable into eight sectors. 4. But, if you must insist, usually, the Sheng Qi (chi) sector is one's Prosperity or Excellent sector. 5. A more reasonable approach but even so, may not be achievable is to sit facing one's prosperity and/or excellent sector. Warmest Regards, Cecil

You were partially right to say that number #6 is a good number. But you were totally wrong in saying that number #3 is auspicious? How can it be? Strong Wood (3) (Inauspicious Star) represents…

Dear Anon, Please see below:- For the Chinese, it is preferable that the ceiling fan where possible is not black. White or gold is fine. Do you find it uncomfortable? If so, you may like to change it. Purple represents the Fire element and it would normally depend on your Ba Zi. For a room, unless one has a need for the `Fire element' e.g. if a person is a weak wood person and staying in the room, can use the `Fire' element to help his/her weak wood to grow. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, 1. If there are different `Gods' one should place them with a gap in between the altars. 2. The altar can be on the same level and simply leave a gap e.g. 1 or 2 inches between the `Gods'. Alternatively, another method is to use support to raise the `Gods' and leave them at different levels. The more important `God' should be highest and preferably in the centre of the alter placement. Do note that `raising the level of the Gods is not compulsory but just another consideration (instead of leaving a gap between the figurines). 3. Ideally, these figurines should be displayed `out' of the house. For example, avoid having it face into the bedroom or a toilet. 4.…

    1. In the past, careers can easily be categorised without hesistation. 2. Nowadays, especially with multi-skills involved, one has to find out what is one's major job function. 3. However, in today's world roughly all occupations could be classifed as under:- 3.1. What industry is it in? 3.1.1 For example: Hospital is considered wood element; IT as water element; Real Estate as earth element etc... 3.2. What is the major job specification? If one is doing sales or marketing than it is fire element. While customer relations is related to earth etc... 4. If you are applying Flying Star Feng Shui; then: 1. Best to determine where the most yang qi or "bright areas" or openings. Often, this is the best bet for the "frontage" or as the frontage of the home. 2. If you often slam shut your main entrance door into your apartment; then most likely this should not be the facing direction. 3. If you are into the DIY Feng Shui; then I would use Para 1 as the facing direction. 4. But for those who locally we call it "Kiasu" or "Kiasee" = want to play safe, could draw out a few Flying Stars e.g. one for S2 and for another facing direction. 5. 17. These are some of the considerations:- 1. Sometimes, the clues are at the bottom, instead of the top. 2. Many concepts good or bad are related to commonsense (cow-sense). 3. For example, three (table) legs are inauspicious. While best is 4 legs. 4. For a "single" leg such as what you had mentioned; again, it depends:- 4.1. for example, there are antique Chinese furniture such as dining tables with OCTAGON legs. But these legs are relatively large and stable. 4.2. Gravit and legs. 4.3. In your attachment, in my opinion, it has more to do with center of gravity. Thus, if more weight is accidentally placed on one side of the table, this table can topple down. For example a c…

Dear Master Cecil Sorry if I had been a nuisance and posted a stupid question. Do forgive my ignorance. You are right that mothers have alot to worry and perhaps worry unnecessarily. Of course we will try our best to improve our relationships with our children. The only worry is that if bazi is inborn or innate, no matter how hard one tries to be nice and friendly, may not be able to overcome or change the fate. Anyway, thank you very much and grateful for your prompt reply. Best Regards Paris Yahoo! Mobile - Download the latest ringtones, games, and more!

Dear Debasis, In my opinion, the figurine should be considered more as a decorative piece. Frankly, there is nothing magical with the piece. Personally, I have such a piece (as shown) attached. I personally liked it because, it was made in the early 1930's. It is nice to look at because of his (buddha's) lovely smile and nice to see kids climbing (taking advantage) of him:) As mentioned, we should treat these pieces as interior art pieces. But, if one have such pieces, it is best not to let them face into bedrooms, on the same wall as toilet etc... Otherwise, enjoy! Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear anon, Usually, it would be good for an employer to install low height partitions at your workspace (if possible). You have not mentioned whether your work space is an open desk or already have a low height partition. If you already have low height partition, this is fairly acceptable in an office environment where one's desk is directly facing the office door. And no further needed. It is good also that your table is possible, moved slightly instead of direclty facing the office door. In an office environment, we have to understand that often staff cannot control the situation. For info, only: see attachment. Some companies use this type of workstations x 4 o…

Just create an account at http://www.geomancy-online.com. I am assuming that your element is weak water, so what is beneficial to you is metal. Earth is also beneficial (produces metal which in turn produces water) but does give a slight side effect (because earth also destroys water). Dear Kelly, Yes, although it would be better to look at pictures, from your description, your house looks or rather sounds Ok to me. For off-site audit, I personally handle the all off-site audits. In many of the off-site audits, many of our clients either fax us and/or if they need urgent responses can use reliable courier services such as FedEX and DHL. So far, many of our US clients use FedEX - which has benn proven to be very good. Or if one is not in a hurry sent the information thru snail mail i.e. postal service. Which has a turnaround time of just one or two working days. Alternatively, scanned images or scan layout are equally acceptable. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Faten, In the future, please use the online reports Free House Hunting report under the List of Wizard Report to assist you. Generally, the house is your husband's spook and your irritation. This means the house is not suitable for both of you. Since this is a suitability issue there is very little you can do to correct this unsuitability, simply you should avoid it. However, if you really still like the place, then make sure that the bedroom which you intend to sleep in is at least auspicious for you (based on the Eight House) and that the Feng Shui of the House is auspicious in its main door and bedroom (based on the Flying Star). Then fix up any problem areas in …
