Dear Marko, Frankly, I was thinking very hard about your senario. Since it is a shared wall and not a house or frontage facing each other; in my opinion, there is not much one can do here. A Metal `cure' is used usually, if there is an imbalance e.g. on the shared wall of your bedroom. Otherwise, it is not normally used.
