In my opinion, this plot `lot 2' is not favourable since, it is downward sloping behind the plot of land and also between the North-West location. If the slope is not properly redressed, usual problem would be the result of financial problems for the breadwinner. If you can try to forgo this plot i.e. lot 2. As I find it inauspicious. Dear Anon, Based on my personal experience, a toilet above the 2nd floor would depend on:- 1. The level of usage of the toilet. 2. The higher the ceiling, the better. Under Para 1; water or water vapour may release `negative ions' or water gases so; it is always advisable to keep that toilet as dry as possible.
